When it first opened, they gave slices of pork roll which is how it is served. I literally lived in the land and origin of this meat, it was everywhere in NJ, was a local staple. Here's where the loss of 2 stars come from; recent visits, they are now giving 1 big chunk/slice of PR?! It's not how it's done! Bring back the proper thin slices! During rush hours, they are Woefully under staffed. Most every time I go, I'm greeted by the cook/cashier/bagel tender (all one person). Maybe employees are hard to find, not busy enough to support 2 or 3 people? All negatives being said, it's a good place with tasty bagels that definitely compare to NY area bagels. It's close to my house, easy access off Alico Road. Fix the couple detractors and I'll raise my rating!
