For starters, the restaurant is usually filthy. Floors, tabletops both inside and out. Garbage is not emptied frequently enough to prevent overflows. The soda machine is usually a bit sketchy on the outside so I have to wonder if they even bother keeping it clean on the inside. As others have pointed out in these reviews, staff is careless about things like washing hands and keeping prep areas clean. In more than one occasion I witnessed improper food handling. Prices for the menu items have skyrocketed (though this is the case everywhere, so can't ding them for inflation) but quality and portion sizes have not remained consistent. The last straw for me was when I ordered a bagel with nova cream cheese on the side. The cream cheese had obviously turned bad, either because it was too old or refrigeration problems. In my opinion , this location will either keep losing customers until it shuts down or the health department will do it. Unfortunate, because it is a very convenient location and if the store was cleaned up and management made an effort to improve sanitation and quality, I'm sure it would succeed. Until then, I would advise you to stay away.

Bagels were warm with good flavor and texture. Service person behind counter just stared at you and did not welcome you in, did not ask if they could help you or what you would like to order, just stared ! Every bagel requested was individually placed on counter and then the stare to see if you wanted anything else. Tall guy brought out fresh bagels with his bare hands, dropped them in bin and then kind of just wiped his nose area with his hands and returned to the back. Wow, I am disappointed how gross. I'll drive further to get sanitary bagels and good service. What a bummer. read more

This is by far the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been too. All the ladies work at a slow pace and will serve each person while there are others waiting in line. They don't put much effort into making their drinks either. I have been there multiple times too and I receive the same lousy service. read more

For example, I ONLY go in if there is no line. Otherwise you're looking at a 20+ minute ordeal. First, this is hands down the slowest bagel shop I've ever been to. While the staff is super friendly & really nice, they are very laid back. TOO laid back IMO. They move slowly, the food cooks slowly, and ordering is slow. The line is total chaos. Some people come in through the front door, others through the back, and nobody knows where to stand. Sometimes there are two people waiting, sometimes twenty, and honestly it stresses me out lol. A simple "line starts here" sign that pushes the line back toward the bagel counter and bathroom area would fix so much, since that's the only spot that makes sense. Instead, everyone crowds around the register hoping that's the line, and ordering turns into a stressful situation. The selection is solid: fresh bagels, BEC sandwiches, deli salads and meats, plus crumb cakes, danishes, and muffins that people seem to love. Pastries aren't really my thing, though. I'm an everything bagel girl at heart, but here I order sesame because the flavor is just better. Their everything bagel falls a little flat on seasoning, so I take my sandwich home and sprinkle on my own Everything But the Bagel to make up for it. The bagel sandwich is decent: one egg, two small slices of bacon, and some cheese. Nothing is overdone, not too cheesy, not too eggy, not loaded with bacon. It's basic, but since it's literally around the corner from my apartment, it's my go to on mornings that call for a bagel lol. The location is fantastic, right up on Ocean Mall by Riviera Beach public beach and pricing is a little above average - a bacon egg and cheese bagel is $10 give or take $.50. A couple more things: they're closed Tuesdays, and they don't open until 7:30, which to me is the craziest time for a bagel shop to open. Bagels and 6 AM go hand in hand lol.

They also have a very nice outdoor patio that looks out to the park and just a few steps away from the beach.

Once you read them I sincerely hope you will take appropriate action to assure your loyal clientele that these serious violations will no longer occur.
