I've personally been seeing Dominique (one of the owners) for many years, and she is amazing. That said, I genuinely believe you'd be in good hands with anyone there. If you've only ever tried waxing, sugaring is a game changer. Yes, the hair is still removed from the root, but it's noticeably less painful than waxing. It also doesn't remove the top layer of skin the way waxing can, which makes a big difference in comfort and recovery. There's no sticky residue left behind after the appointment either, something I always dealt with when I used to wax. I'm also a big fan of how much less waste the sugaring process creates. The sugarer uses a single ball of sugar paste throughout the session, no double dipping, no wooden sticks, and no cloth strips to throw away. It's clean, efficient, and more environmentally friendly. The product itself is completely natural too -- just sugar, lemon, and water. After all these years, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Professional, consistent, and just all-around wonderful.

Alexandra (the owner and esthetician) and her colleague, Kari (the massage therapist) were both so thorough, gentle, and attuned to what my friends and I wanted and needed for our facials and massages. I love that the salon carries many of the products that are used as well as other trinkets like greeting cards.
