Overall Satisfaction: I love my Baessler home , but I have had 2 issues that have not been resolved and it's not acceptable. 1-No drywall in my garage after I was informed by Weld county what it is required in all new builds. 2-My LG dishwasher is trash.It has not been functional since approx 11-24-2025.Repair tech came to 'fix'it and that lasted 3 days. I asked for a new service appt and was ignored until the approaching Baessler survey was impending. The dishwasher is NEW - it shouldn't be non-working. I have done research and the 'AE' error code is apparently common w the LG unit - not a good sign. Also, the LG tech who 'repaired' the unit in December 2025 told me that the unit wasn't properly installed. If thhis upcoming 'repair' doesn't work I will be requesting a new unit. I have a dishwasher that does not work - it is frustrating bc (again) it's a new appliance and I've never had issues w operating a dishwaher before. I think LG has a trash appliance and I'm pretty freaking tired of having to wash dishes by hand when I Have A Dishwasher ! The appliance service company is also trash - they didn't have a correct telephone number tl notify me of my upcoming appt - REALLY ? The previous tech had my correct telephone number , as does the residential services company. They also claimed to be waiting on parts,etc. That's BS - how do they know what parts are needed if they didn't follow up w the previous tech. And if they did - why didn't they have the correct tele # ? EXHAUSTED by the incompetence and gaslighting . Tired of washing dishes and tired of looking at my non-compliant garage walls. Buyer Beware!! Nothing but problems, one after the other. The oven doesn't work properly and a repairman couldn't figure out what was wrong. Our washer has been repaired twice. Cracked garage floor, flooring is coming up in the kitchen, carpeting coming loose and nails sticking up alone carpet seams . Windows in bedroom needed repaired. The furnace needed cleaned out, construction debris. And on and on. read more

I have really waited to use this as a last resort I have had one problem after another with my Baessler home anything from major problems down to the small problems, my floors are caving in we've had structural engineers involved still not resolved. My driveway is horrible cracked they will do nothing about it and now trying to change out light fixtures they did not even put the correct junction boxes Ibehind the light fixtures then were attached to the walls with drywall screws, unbelievable the things that we are going through with this home these are just a couple of the things that have been an issue so many more too many to even list another thing that is a big issue is I was provided with cabinets I never ordered and they won't do anything about that either read more

When I bought my property I didn't expect as many problems as possible I have had. The warranty work when it is done is below quality and they don't seem to care about it. I don't trust them to do the repairs right and whatever they touch is worse off. Im not a fan of Baessler. Stay away if you don't want headaches. read more

Beware of Baessler...... Exactly 24 hours before I am supposed to close on my home, I have gotten confirmation I will not close. The builder has not gotten the cabinet doors they need and they refuse to close without them. Even though I am okay with not having them for a while. They apparently have a beef with the cabinet company for their lack of performance and they don't want to send a message that they will close without the product. They feel like the cabinet company will take that as a message that they don't need to provide the product. Great $&"$ing customer service Baessler. Now my closing has been put off indefinitely until the doors come in. read more

I'm posting here because I think Baessler is somehow able to delete Google reviews. Although I am happy to own a home and Baessler employees are nice as other reviews have mentioned, there were/are many things I've had/will have to deal with that I don't feel I should because Baessler Homes produces a quickly thrown together product. They seem to lack quality control and I'm not sure how much the construction management team actually manages the contractors throughout the build. I've had a few issues that the 1 year warranty has covered. Examples of this have been: inches deep water pooling in the corners of my garage after rain or snow (this was only fixed after months of follow up and insisting it be fixed), front landscaping that completely sunk in after a big rain because they didn't compact the dirt under the sidewalks of front yard areas, and them having to rip up the whole back driveway because they didn't connect the sewer lines. I feel I lucked out as neighbors had much more serious issues (a wall that literally moved because the framing wasn't nailed in, walls totally out of plumb, sewer smells for the better part of a year, a hole in the floor under carpet, water leaking through lights on the first floor, the list goes on...). There are also many things that I haven't been able to get them to fix, the most concerning being the HVAC. When the weather is above around 75, my upstairs is regularly 8-10 degrees warmer than my downstairs (even with buying heavy curtains, closing off registers, and buying vent register booster fans for upstairs). It's miserable in the summer when I have to make my downstairs temperature 65 degrees to have a somewhat comfortable temperature upstairs to sleep. I worry if my AC unit can keep up with trying to accommodate for the poor design. Their warranty contractors try to gaslight you and say your issue isn't that bad or not an issue at all, while knowing they've gone to multiple other addresses with the same concern. Another headache is that the cheap baseboards are not primed or painted on the bottom, so if you get them the slightest bit wet (think mopping, stepping out the shower, spilling a cup of water anywhere near the edge of a room), they sponge up and are completely ruined. If you do choose to buy with Baessler, make sure you have the time and energy to commit to holding them accountable for "warrantable" items (months of emails back and forth, arranging to be available for their warranty contractors, sometimes the Baessler tech or contractors don't show up, so rescheduling, having to remind them that there's still an issue, having to convince them that the issue is truly an issue, etc.), and understand that this list will likely be longer than it should be. If you're the least bit handy, you can also probably do a better job than their warranty contractors, especially on anything cosmetic. Non warrantable items, which should have been done correctly, will be up to you to live with or fix yourself. read more

Terrible builder! They didn't want to fix our door which wasn't hung correctly. The concrete started cracking less than a year. They don't follow through with their warranty. They tell their subs not replace anything and just to say everything is fine. read more

I am very disappointed with Baessler Homes. We have had issue after issue and are unable to speak to anybody in authority. We get the run around every time we call. If you want a new home that lasts as long as a cardboard, these are your people! read more

Poor communication and poor organization, do not use this builder! We have had a horrible experience with this builder, Baessler Homes. When we were looking for houses, they had advertised a 2 bed-2bath home and when we arrived at the site it was not as advertised. It was a 3 bed-2bath home. The realtor had no idea that his workers had built this totally wrong floorpan on that property. After an hour of waiting for our appointment time, we finally got in to speak with Paul, the realtor on site. We were continually interrupted as Paul scrambled to find anything in his unorganized office space. We decided after looking at the home to sign a contract as there were other perspective buyers. We signed the contract last month, but had to pull out of the contract due to unforeseen financial circumstances. We notified Paul and our loan officer via email 7 days after we signed. Our realtor then drafted up a release for our ernest money and sent it over to the builder. After weeks of waiting for a response, on Jan 30th we received a notification that the builder should be signing the check and sending it over the next day. Forward to now, we have still received no reimbursement for our ernest money, it is Feb 22. read more

If you are looking for craftsmanship of a 3 year old please use this this company. If you like your house being broken by its trade partners use this company. If you like people that just simply don't care you guess it... use this company. No seriously please don't use this company for anything. Literally was the worst experience I have ever had. I literally walked into my house at some points with not only a weed bong left inside but the whole house smelled like a pot house. They never locked the doors as they were building my home and Never answered my calls. The overall build quality you ask? I'd give it a -3 out of 10 stars. My walls are crooked there is paint drips all over the carpet. I don't think they used any grout in the whole house. Honestly the thing that gets me the worst however is the fact of their after sale process. One bad rain storm came through and the water was leaking through the range hood. The guy that came out to fix it left my house looking like he took a sledge hammer to the rangehood. He stretched the paint on top but what he did do is manage to bolt on some sheet metal to outside that again looked like a project of a 3 year old. Additonally there was some paint touch ups that had to be done I got some bonus painting done that I didn't even have to ask for! It was great because not only did they paint what they were instructed to do, they also painted my cement and trim around the house. Bonus gifts are always so nice. Honestly wish there was a way to go back and do this all over again or that this was a nightmare but I couldn't get that lucky. Please take your hard earned money somewhere else. Do not build with Baessler homes. Worst build experience ever. They are not the company they present themselves as. While they may have been in business for over 30 years, that was with their dad at the helm. The brothers took over, got into a disagreement and split. The company is in chaos and mostly new employees who don't have any experience with the company. They argue and fight over every little detail, don't put the options in the house you ask for and have some of the worst subs in the area. They also claim to be a custom home builder but build over 80 homes a year. It is impossible to be a custom builder and have any type of quality or custom level building that many houses. They also do not provide good follow up support with many customers just giving up and fixing things themselves...... read more

I recently wrote a complaint about my daughter's recent purchase of a home from Baessler Homes,where in I noted a number of delays, poor workmanship and product. After this review I was contacted by John, the production manager, who assured me that the work force and product issues will be addressed. This is befitting the stellar reputation that they have fostered for may years. I applaud John and others at Bassler for their quick attention to this matter.
