Stopped in because we were going to be down in the area anyway and my daughter needed a new field hockey stick-and had a great experience. The owner was there to help us out and we were able to spend quality time with her to determine the best stick for my daughter. We were there about an hour and never once did we get the 'upsell' for a more expensive stick...she took her time with my daughter and, like Olivander in Harry Potter, let the stick choose the girl! We were also able to pick up additional items and were given a discount for what seemed like no other reason than she was an amazing person who really cares about girls and women's sports. The only unfortunate thing for us is that her place is SO far out of our way it would be difficult to make this a regular shopping site for us. My sales pitch??? If you live anywhere near Haddonfield, NJ and need sports gear/apparel for your field hockey, lacrosse, soccer or basketball playing daughter-this is the spot!
