My mother had originally paid to have cables run through the wall so it looks neat as well as…read moremounting of the tv, but when the technician arrived, he said it could not be done with no reasonable explanation. He then a adjusted the bill by removing the work for cabling run through the walls. The job he did mounting the tv was fine but he did not check to see everything was working because soundbar was not. He had plugged the sound bar into HDMI port 2 instead of the ARC port which I had to fix. He had also plugged the blue ray player into ARC port which also is not correct and had to fixed as well. The cabling was extremely poor laying the cabling over the TV mount joint restricting it from its designed purpose. It also could damage the HDMI cables when you rotate the adjustable mount. The technician was clearly in rush to get the job done from the start and it reflects in the sketchy work that was performed. He clearly took advantage of an elderly woman. Emailed company and they are unwilling to resolve this issue. Buyer beware!!! Stay away from this company.
