My 30 min consultation with Katherine was really helpful! I learned formatting tips and ways to beef up my resume by adding a header, summary, and core competencies and creating sectional dividers. She recommended outcome-based bullet points that highlight the benefits and quantify the results rather than a laundry list of tasks. Katherine was friendly and thorough and even had enough time to quickly proofread my hubby's resume. It was really nice to get an extra set of eyes! While the $299 starter package seems a bit pricey, it's a good deal considering that you are equipped with the A team of an interviewer, drafter, and editor. They will rewrite your resume and can fine tune and belt out those bullet points. I have removed that and review and thoughts on this company are still unchanged and I feel the same way, DO NOT USE Green Cleaning Services: They were Unprofessional , unreliable , unreachable by phone or email and confrontational. They missed a scheduled cleaning of our home, tried to charge me more then the agreed amount because they had to clean the home while occupied by the new tenants which had dishes in the sink and pets in the home. They wanted to charge us more for this, they missed the cleaning not me and the tenants where leased to be there at that time. If they had cleaned the home when scheduled none of that would have been an issue. I had tenants arrive to an un cleaned home and they wanted to charge me more for that. I was billed a different amount for the missed cleaning because of this and asked for a correct invoice. This was never sent , then they threatened to sue me for the incorrect invoice amount. One of her email communications to me stated " I lost money to clean your filthy house. " Not my issue, if they had cleaned when scheduled it would not have taken longer to clean as the home would have been un occupied. My most recent communication from the owner today was this: "I have not received payment for cleaning your house in Ocean City. Be advised that if I do not receive payment by Tuesday 10/6/15, I will file a district court complaint and sue you for my money. Green Cleaning Services I don't play. i am not paying to clean your property. Pay your bill." Keep in mind I requested a revised invoice on September 12th 2015 which still had not been sent. I would not use them if you have a rental home. We pride ourselves on having a wonderful luxury home and can not in good conscience hire this company or refer my guest to use them. They made us look bad to our tenants. The did a poor job cleaning , missed a scheduled cleaning , inconvenienced our tenants and never once apologized for their error and attempt to do anything to resolve the problem they caused. I rarely rate a company as poor and give business every opportunity to correct a bad situation. But I have been so shocked by this company I can not NOT provide my feedback. The smoke billowed in while the fire raged due to the fireman kicking in my door and leaving it open for days. Since Oct. 2019, my condo is still not ready to move in. And my unit was only smoke, nothing else. I have told this company several times about smelling smoke and getting severe headaches from just walking in 5 min.s to view what HAS been completed. I know it is in my carpet, that's all that is left to hold the smell, unless it it the heating and a/c ducts that they stated were cleaned already. They constantly do not address my concern with the carpet. I keep saying what if someone has asthma, allergies, etc. From this company, to the project manager, onward. I will not sign off on any of their work when the time comes, which will be soon, I hope, bc of liability. They can accept the liability if they are so correct. Note:They say they are not liable if someone gets sick later. They take no responsibility for their incorrect clean up. All they want to do is be handed money from the main ins. company on the condo complex and ignore my concerns after I PAY the INSURANCE money to the main policy on this condo. I feel the money collected is not be used to my advantage. Very disappointed in the owner passing the buck and the mitigation guy ignoring my concerns who is working on the job site. I had no choice in this company. The condo Assoc. did. I would never use them.

Their equipment was in our condo until they had completely dried it out. Restoration was anticlimactic. Through the process, Esther kept me up to date on everything that was happening -- she is a jewel. I can't say enough about the technicians and the concern they showed for my condo. I give C&B my highest recommendation.

C&B never intended to do the restoration, and they left me with half my floor ripped up. These folks are dishonest and manipulative. Do not hire them if they say they'll do the entire job. They only want to do mitigation - they won't do the restoration. They also left my walls in rough shape according to other contractors, appear to have cracked an HVAC drain pipe, and generally made a huge mess that I've had to live with. They've repeatedly trash talked my insurance company, terrifying me by implying that my house is going to sit in disrepair and be unlivable like another house nearby. They neglected to mention that the house they are referring to has structural damage and isn't at all like my house. They're just fear mongering and trying to whip me into a panic. It's awful to do that to a single parent who is just trying to get back to normal. Use another company if you want a job well done by people you can trust.

My second-floor hot water heater decided to malfunction when I was on a cruise. I live in a…read moretownhouse/villa condo community. My next-door neighbor, (fortunately), spotted water running from my front door. To make a long story short, my condo manager recommended United Restoration; they used them before and were well pleased. From what I understand, United Restoration came out almost immediately and started the mitigation process. I arrived to see my home 2 days later. I cried when I saw it but according to my neighbors it looked good compared to what it was. United Restoration packed up my stuff efficiently and I easily found what I needed. They dried out the house very quickly - still in the drying process - and because they got there so quickly it appears there will be no mold problems. They are still in the drying/packing process. I met with Joe Pino, the Manager and estimator, the next business day. He explained clearly the damages and what will be needed; he is dealing with the Insurance company as well. They are a full-service company, so I won't be worrying about contractors, etc. They also are dealing with the insurance company. I cannot tell you how pleased and greatful for the work they are doing.
