So after 25 years I'm done with it. The other options stood behind their parts and made them right immediately, but not these junk peddlers. Nobody there knows anything and you have to practically know the part number before you waste your time asking, and most likely they don't have it and need to order it anyway. On top of it I have had a business account there for 25 years, and as soon as they went corporate I could go down the street and buy the same part and same exact brand for less and have it sooner and didn't even have an account with them. They're taking advantage of their long term customers who the previous owners built up good will and loyalty with. There is a reason all their knowledgeable help quit after the corporate takeover. You'll notice that all their good reviews came before corporate took over.

Recently my truck with 20,000 miles was hit while it was parked by some dumb old man. He had USAA Insurance. My truck was fixed with all used and aftermarket crap parts including the Alloy wheel that looked like junk yard quality. I expected this truck to look as good or better to what it did before accident. I do not know what has happened there but I should have walked away when I asked where all the workers were and was given some Covid excuse. The place used to be busy. It looked like a ghost town. Now, lets talk about the paint.........$50,000 Truck but treated like your kids $2,000 car. There was lint and debris in the front fender paint and overspray in between door and body. The minute you opened door you knew it was in accident. The front fender also did not line up correctly due to inferior parts used. I also asked the owner if Bondo was used and he said, "Well, I had to use a little". I bought this Truck for my retirement and it was fully paid for. Due to Silver Lakes butcher job, I decided I could not live with it and traded it in for much lesser vehicle because I did not want payments. I asked to have the oil pump cover removed as this is where the damage was on mine and was significant and I wanted to check this one before putting it on a brand new engine... He pushed back some but went back and "buzzed" out the bolts" I heard two swear words that I thought maybe he busted a bolt on it (which had happened to mine also) But he came out and put it on the counter. While I removed the drive and inspected the plate underneath, I asked if he knew how many miles the engine had that it was taken out of and he started pissing and moaning. "NO! What kind of question is that?? I sold the guy a motor, he brought his in, and I stripped it. WHO CARES?" After wiping off the grease it was rough and one VISIBLE pitted area was kind of scary. So I said "Thank you for pulling it but I don't want to put that in my car." He THREW A SHIT FIT!!! He said "I knew you were gonna be a problem, all the questions! So you don't want it now??!!
