Auto cancelled with the wrong designation of "HIT PARKED CAR.". They had listed that my wife hit a parked car when in fact in their own records it showed that our car was parked and hit. After 30 minutes on the phone and promises this would be reviewed and more than likely rescinded, we felt better. At least someone understood, agreed and would take action. The CS rep said call back in a week and so we did. A week later, nobody ever heard of the call we had from a week ago and there was no record. We asked for a supervisor, the woman, Shaneekwa, said no problem. Waited for 10 minutes and Shenaya picked up. Oh, sorry she said, I am in claims. I am sorry and understand your frustration. I'll switch you back to policies but there are no supervisors. I hung up. This company is a dark hole of a HOT MESS. They are fine if you need nothing but higher prices and no customer service.

The agent they assigned to me for my claim is completely NON-RESPONSIVE and their phone directory sends you on a loop if you're trying to get a live agent on the phone. I've been paying insurance to LIBERTY MUTUAL for many years at a premium of $227 per month! And now when I need service info for my car the customer service is HORRIBLE!

Not only did his advice and instructions turn out to be wrong, but he outright lied to me and to Allstate when I needed to file a claim. He did not stand with me as my agent, but rather did everything to protect his commission, costing me thousands due to following his advice. My experience with Mr. Weiss is that he is dishonest and untruthful. These are not qualities you can risk with an insurance agent. LOOK ELSEWHERE BEFORE DEALING WITH THIS AGENT.

His advise on cancelling a policy we owned was wrong and misleading. He tried to stall so he wouldn't have to give us a refund before the policy term was up. Fahim Morshed was(or supposedly is) my insurance agent. My car was stolen in October and I find out that I don't have comprehensive insurance policy in effect (although I paid for it) because Fahim didn't do the paperwork. 2 weeks later after providing all the text message and email proof Allstate acknowledged and took on the insurance claim. Now his office is refusing to refund my premium of 4 months though car was reported stolen in October and was totalled by Allstate.

He was unable to help me which is fine, but when I called for the first time (ever), he picked up and was having another conversation with someone else while on the phone WITH me. He didn't say, oh, please hold on a minute. I was trying to tell him what I was looking for and he would listen and then he would be answering someone else in the background. I was a little disappointed. I didn't feel as though I had his attention and it didn't seem like he wanted the sale. I may try them again in the future but I guess I need to ask for Celeste next time. I was not impressed with the agent who took my call!
