Excellent facility. I have been dealing with Baden, for over 20 years. I've purchased a few dogs from them and kept up with their training at their facility. They really excel with training exercises that you'll rarely get anywhere else. At the conclusion of most classes we get an overview of the lesson with the psychology behind the exercise, which always provides the dog handlers with a better understanding of how their dog thinks/perceives things. Total waste of time, found his training to be quite harsh, boring and repetitive. Wasting your money! Over priced. They have a weird way of dealing with customers, the facility was flooded, electricity was acting up, they are not maintaining the facility. They wouldn't let me see the other dogs, I think they are hiding something! No callbacks and zero customer service. He is afraid of working with serious dogs with serious issues, will only work with dogs he isn't scared of. If your dog is kind of vanilla then he feels safe to work with them, but vanilla dogs don't need this type of training unless you want to hurt them. Found other dog trainers/breeders who actually know the name of their dogs, offer superior customer service and they didn't have an obnoxious gatekeeper. read more
