I've been really happy with how everything has turned out. Definitely recommend checking them out if you want some extra help and good results.

If I could give FF&T ten stars I would be happy to do so. We have owned many houses and done quite a few remodels but we have never had a better experience. From beginning to end every person we dealt with was professional, talented and hard working. They were there when they said they would and they worked hard until the job was done. Something that doesn't happen often right now We ended up with a showcase master bath and a perfect new floors. We are very happy with the way things turned out and we highly recommend anyone thinking of a flooring or tile project to visit Forever Floor and Title. Thank you FF&T for such a great job. I will definitely use them again.

The path to completion was a long and at points a frustrating one. The office scheduling, updates on when installer would arrive seemed a challenge. Multiple days and half days were wasted, when we expected work to be done. They have to remember our time is valuable!! I suspect short staff and juggling customers was done due to too much work. The 2-3 week estimate was actually a 6 week project. There were contract terms that were confusing in parts. It had us buy wall & ceiling paint for touch up, but they wanted more $ for this. We ended up hiring a painter unexpectedly. They didn't want to move the fan, until I pointed it out in the contract. I am writing this so people know some of the pitfalls, as we maybe have 1-2 big projects, vs. companies doing it everyday. 5 Stars for workmanship, 2-3 stars for office scheduling and accuracy. I would rate them 3 1/2 Stars out of 5. Thx

We noticed Chris, who was completing taking care of another customer. When he was finished, he was glad to answer our questions. Chris explained the difference in the floors, and why certain floors will suit our needs. We chose several samples and he told us the difference in the tiles and specified honing our choice to the correct tile, not the most expensive, that will suit us. He gave us so much information we were unaware of, I photographed our final choice of tile we decided upon. We decided to go home and think about all the information that was given and we'll be making a decision soon. I have a feeling we'll end up returning to Floor Authority when we've come to a decision. Many floor tiles at big box stores look like great deals, but in the long run will end up being problems. Although when we left, no decision was made, Chris was happy to let us go home and think about the plethora of information provided. I think he knew so much about the products they sell, he knows we'll be back. I will update.

Long story short, waited to hear from them after about 3 weeks - nothing. So I called and spoke with the gal at the front desk (sorry can't remember her name). She remembered they were going to get a sample, couldn't find it - was going to call me back. Well here we are - no call, not even a "we are checking on it", etc. So obviously I will have to find someone else to help - they have lost any future business and/or referrals from me. I know it wasn't a big job but obviously there is no customer care there anyway. Their loss!

As first time homeowners, and with this being our first major renovation project, we were extremely nervous. Ian and Mandy were so professional and patient with us throughout the entire process. They constantly let us know when they would be arriving, what we could expect to be completed that day, and they never left a speck of dirt behind when they were finished with that section. The project ended up being more difficult than any of us anticipated, and they still came through with their reassuring voices of positivity and knowledge. Every member of their team came and gave the same amount of kindness and work ethic as they did. Our floors look absolutely gorgeous, and we cannot wait for our family to see them when we all gather for the holidays! We plan to use them again when we renovate our upstairs flooring. Trust me. I rarely leave reviews, but felt it was important that anyone seeking advice on such a large investment for their home have this knowledge. You want the team at AllPro on your side! I went on Home Adviser and explained what we wanted done. Within an hour I received a text message from Rick of Creative Flooring Design. I explained the job details and he advised he would be happy to come out and provide an estimate. The next day he arrived, on time, and after a thorough inspection of the area we wanted tiled, explained they would be happy to do the job and he would provide an estimate via email in a few hours. In addition he told me about their showroom in Murrell's Inlet and asked that we stop by there and look at their samples before we made a decision on product. We had several other potential installers contact us but only one agreed to come to our house to measure for an estimate, (This was in early March before the COVID lockdown) and that installer wanted us to buy the product from a local home store and contact him once we had it and he would schedule the install. Wife and I went to the Creative Flooring showroom and were greeted warmly and professionally. The owner of the company personally walked us through the different options and with his help we chose two tiles that weren't even originally on our radar. On Monday, Rick and installers Christy, and James arrived at our house, again on time. After introductions Rick left, Christy, and James installed the tile. They were profession, neat, clean, and efficient. The job 1.5 days and was done on time l. Plus there was minimal left over product, (which means Rick did and excellent job of measuring and they didn't order nor charge us for a bunch of extra product that wasn't used). At the conclusion of the job my wife and I were highly impressed and love the look of our kitchen. I highly recommend this company and every employee we dealt with. They honestly enjoy what they are doing and are extreme professional. We already know we are going to redo our master bath within a year or so and plan to have this company, and hopefully Rick, Christy, and James do the job for us. Ricky H. Conway, SC.
