Our initial sales person was fabulous, but left this company abruptly in the middle of our sale. Ordered product with Susan, she was more concerned with collecting my money than ordering everything that we asked for, so didn't get everything we needed to install, when we received the delivery. Had to run around looking for replacement items before the install. Which put us a day behind schedule. After installing floors, we were left with eight boxes of flooring($600) in which we called to return and found out that they don't take it back because all sales are final with "special orders". Was told by Albert that they would try to see if the manufacturer would take it back, so we waited to hear back for a week. Surprise, no calls back, had to keep calling and when I finally did get an answer, it was from Susan, who was very rude and told me it wasn't worth it for them to return it and I should go sell it on marketplace or donate it. They did the ordering and measured off of my blueprint, but now according to Susan, my blueprint is not something that they can truly go off of. We were also told that we should've have had them come out and measure, but at that time of discussion that was never offered to us. Don't play games, go somewhere else for your flooring and tile, as they do not care about the customer after the sale. All they care about is the money. Oh, and then when we mentioned the FTC and the Better Business Bureau, Susan told me to go right ahead and hung up! Bad business and bad customer service!

As first time homeowners, and with this being our first major renovation project, we were extremely nervous. Ian and Mandy were so professional and patient with us throughout the entire process. They constantly let us know when they would be arriving, what we could expect to be completed that day, and they never left a speck of dirt behind when they were finished with that section. The project ended up being more difficult than any of us anticipated, and they still came through with their reassuring voices of positivity and knowledge. Every member of their team came and gave the same amount of kindness and work ethic as they did. Our floors look absolutely gorgeous, and we cannot wait for our family to see them when we all gather for the holidays! We plan to use them again when we renovate our upstairs flooring. Trust me. I rarely leave reviews, but felt it was important that anyone seeking advice on such a large investment for their home have this knowledge. You want the team at AllPro on your side! They will not disappoint!

I have edited my original post in order to emphasize the main issue…read more I hired this company to install luxury vinyl plank flooring at my second home in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. During the in-home measurement visit, I narrowed my choices to two products. I verbally selected Titan Genesis Restoration Pine which was encouraged by the gentleman taking in-home measurements, and that is what I expected to receive. He said this style was more durable, 100% waterproof, will not require replacing as soon as the other one, and it is trendier. On the written estimate, the document listed the Titan brand with a color name that does not exist in the Titan line. The color written on the estimate actually belongs to a different brand (Shaw Floorté), not Titan. Because of that mismatch, the floor that was ordered and installed was not the product I selected, and it did not match the brand/color combination on the paperwork, as that one does not exist. I was never called (my f/t residence is in NJ) to say the job was done, the balance of payment was not requested as told it would be, and pictures/video was not sent as promised. The owner/seller called me several weeks later, 2 weeks after I told her assistant that the wrong floor was installed, not to expect me to pay the balance, and no reason to have owner call me back. However, Sandra the owner did call me after an additional 2 wks after getting notice that I decided to dispute the 50% deposit I paid with Visa. Since she did not own up and correct her error, and maybe next summer I would have it redone by another merchant it wasn't fair for me to be out this deposit, then start again with another deposit elsewhere. Sandra said I can't keep the floor for free, but the current installed floor is of no use to them. It would be junked. And she was not offering to put down the correct floor at her expense in order to receive full payment originally expected. I get it. It becomes a higher financial loss for her. The interaction unfortunately became unpleasant. I was spoken to in a way that felt unprofessional. She was yelling at me, saying that I must be a rich lady keeping contractors' money, and that I am a nasty person. She was angry that I posted a review on Yelp; kept saying it repeatedly. She wanted me to shoulder 50% of the financial responsibility of her error. Once again, she did not offer to remove the floor and install the correct one. I wouldn't trust this merchant not to leave me without a floor; rip it out and not install correct one. I understand if we have an agreement to correct the error, she is obligated. But I don't want to have to go to court to prove she again did not fulfill her obligation. Had she called me before I flew back to SC 2 wks after the job was completed, admitted the error, and offered to immediately rip up and install correct floor I would certainly have said yes. I also would have halted them had they sent me pictures early in the installation. But her emotional responses to me and threatening me with a lawyer further seems retaliatory and in bad faith. My review is based solely on my personal experience with the product selection process, the documentation error, and the owner's response when I verbalized her error. I hope this information is helpful to future customers so they can double-check that the written brand and color match what they chose and to be on site for the job. Picture on the left is style I chose. Picture on right is style installed. I have additional pictures of the back with labels for brand and corresponding color.

This organization is blatantly dishonest, I have multiple communications with the office contradicting timelines owner promised ie tile was ordered vs not ordered. They did the work weeks later than promised, and served up daily excuses. I would have never shared public commentary, however, if the work quality was not an issue. They installed tile floors and laminate in my home, and the worksmanship is as bad as it gets! Loose tiles, cracked grout, lippage between tiles, completely un-level floor installation. Their own subcontractor lifted up areas of the installation after the fact and showed me that it was not his tile work, but all the subfloor prep that the company had done. I notified the owner of the defects, and he has gone completely radio silent. I am in the process of litigation with this company, and when consulting with my local construction attorney I was informed that this company has had previous issues with installations they perform. The attorney I am working with has had multiple customers that he has represented against this company, typically ending in a settlement and non-disclosure. They typically either try to offer the client compensation to keep them quiet, or they settle when a client pushes things forward through legal challenges. I wish someone had written some feedback when I was making my decision to avoid the headache I found myself in. The entire tile floor needs to be ripped out and redone completely, as none of the work is salvageable. There are plenty of decent flooring companies out there, do yourself a favor and save the headaches. Don't let their reviews fool you! I've attached some videos I took for the subcontractor they hired to do the work, showing some of the issues.
