We knew what we wanted when we walked in and noticed our choice wasn't on display. It was a high quality brand not found in most carpet stores. The size was also special-- 16' x 19' . This is also including a complete perimeter border. We went to several reputable carpet stores prior to Wholesale Flooring Co and found that two stores could get it but it would take 4 months. They also told us the carpet cannot have a border. On our way home we were feeling defeated. We wanted this carpet and we didn't want to wait 4 months. A friend suggested Wholesale Flooring Co. We stopped there not expecting anything. But we met Susan. She got on the phone and called her people and made things happen. She sourced out our exact carpet. The huge size and with the borders. Not only that- she got it to our house in less than three weeks! The professional crew came in and moved furniture and set up the carpet to our exact expectations. Susan also gave us a great deal. We cannot recommend her and this place more. Very happy customers.

As first time homeowners, and with this being our first major renovation project, we were extremely nervous. Ian and Mandy were so professional and patient with us throughout the entire process. They constantly let us know when they would be arriving, what we could expect to be completed that day, and they never left a speck of dirt behind when they were finished with that section. The project ended up being more difficult than any of us anticipated, and they still came through with their reassuring voices of positivity and knowledge. Every member of their team came and gave the same amount of kindness and work ethic as they did. Our floors look absolutely gorgeous, and we cannot wait for our family to see them when we all gather for the holidays! We plan to use them again when we renovate our upstairs flooring. Trust me. I rarely leave reviews, but felt it was important that anyone seeking advice on such a large investment for their home have this knowledge. You want the team at AllPro on your side! They will not disappoint!
