They were able to service our bikes in a real timely manner and to our liking. We did have an issue with the back brake on a bike and had to take it back and it was a slight oversight but they quickly corrected and my husband got a tshirt out of it so I think he's extremely happy, he hasn't really taken it off since. I was researching different bike shops in Omaha and then Council Bluffs looking at different…read moree-bikes. I happen to call True Wheel and spoke to Steve. He had mentioned that he builds them. I was almost ready to order one through the mail that would have come from Canada called a Volte ebike and Steve was just so informative that I decided to drive over to Council Bluffs and talk to him about making me a bike. He gave me a great deal with a fair price. I got to say that he really knows his stuff. It took a little longer than I had expected for him to build it but only by a couple days. When I got there to pick up the bike he was making these meticulous fine tuning adjustments to assure that everything was in Tip-Top order. Since getting the bike 3 days ago, ive rode this ebike everyday, and have only needed to charge the battery the first night I brought it home. I think there is still 70 % on the battery. The funny thing is I have ridden a few e bikes in the past and I've never rode one as powerful as the one he built. I'm not saying it was cheap but this is truly the Cadillac of e-bikes. Every time I was in the shop I had seen many people come in and go out all of them seeming to have a great relationship with these guys that run to shop. They do know their stuff and I'm glad I accidentally stumbled into them.

Additionally, we were treated rather poorly by employees working there while trying to resolve the issue. We finally spoke with the owner, and he did his best to resolve the issues. it did require bringing the bike back in, and having all of the work redone. we were supposed to get the bike back on thursday, but only just got it back now on saturday because they werebusy, and we were delayed. Very happy to have the trike back, and the work is outstanding. I only wish we had been able to deal with the owner from the get go.

I asked him to make it like new, and he did! It is like a brand new bike, shifting so smoothly. He even rebuilt my old white industries hub finding new bearings while rebuilding the rear wheel. They are very accommodating and friendly. Their shop is like bike shops used to be: something for everyone, good service, not pretentious! Very refreshing compared to the corporate bike shops filled with bikes that cost thousands of dollars.

I shopped one of the big shops in Omaha and they showed me exactly what I asked to look at, but didn't take the time to probe and discover was I searching for the "right" bike. Todd showed me what I asked for, but continued the conversation and suggested a style I didn't know existed, which was the perfect fit. The "small town" shop taking time to get to know the customer and their needs saved me from purchasing a bike that would not have been the "perfect" bike. My boyfriend and I were bike shopping all day yesterday and went all over Lincoln looking for…read morebikes. We were looking for something used for him because I already have a bike and hate going alone. We have been to The Bike Rack before and knew that it had a selection of new bikes which was not exactly what we were looking for. It was the last stop at the end of our long day and we were in the neighborhood and thought we would just check it out. Our salesman, Brian, was so friendly and knowledgeable. He could tell right away that we weren't really in the market for a high-end bike, but continued to help us despite the fact that we were probably going to just look around and head home. He answered our questions and we cracked jokes back and forth. He then suggested that my boyfriend take out one of the bikes, just to get a feel for it. He found the right size and tried out a couple before finding one that was still way nicer than what we going to buy, but one of the more modestly priced bikes in the store. My boyfriend talked about how awesome it was when he took it out and seemed to be extremely happy with the way it rode. I then had to see for myself. If it was that awesome, I wanted to try it out. Brian helped me find the right size bike and put me on a Trek 7.3. I took it out down the sidewalk and was really really impressed. The bike really spoke for itself. It was a million times better than my rusty old high school bike I had at home. We went out down the side walk together and came back to the store with giant smiles on our faces. We left yesterday with two Trek 7.2 bikes. It was completely unexpected but so worth the money. We would have probably not purchased those two bikes without the wonderful service from Brian. He really did a great job without pressuring us at all. If anything, he made us excited to get out there. We have already been out riding twice and love our bikes.
