I was told that the service would take about a week. After a week, I still hadn't received a phone call, so I called wheelie good. I was told that the bikes were ready, so I drove the 45 minutes to pick them up. The only person in the shop at the time was, I'm guessing a friend of the owner, or business. She had a very difficult time processing the payment and, in fact, had to process the bikes individually. After getting the bikes home, I stored them, and went on an extended vacation. After returning home, I decided to go for a ride. I immediately noticed that the bike would not shift. It didn't take long to notice that the rear derailleur was frozen. I took the cap off of the rear shift mechanism, and found that the cable was stuck. I freed up the cable with rust remover and lubed it. I checked the rest of the bike and found that none of the items on the annual check up list had been completed on my bike, or on my wife's bike. I learned a lot about bicycle mechanics that day, including cleaning. It turns out that I paid $192 for wheelie good to store our bikes for a week. I phoned the shop and told them what I found and all I received was a "sorry".

GPC doesn't just treat their customers like family, they treat their customers like the family members they actually like. I dig the staff: they have are serious about their work but not so serious that they don't know how to have a good time while doing it. I've purchased gear, bought shiny bits for bikes and had service done on at least three of my bikes at this shop. Each time, I was listened to, treated with respect and the service was completed as promised. I highly recommend GPC for bike service and for retail purchases.
