I spoke to the driver dropping…read moreoff the vehicle and asked if he could make sure the vehicle was not in front of my driveway (due to issues in the past). He said yes. When it was all said and done, the vehicle is halfway across my driveway. I called into Mueller and explained the situation to the lady who answered the phone. She said she would contact the driver to see if he can move it. Then, she hung up on me. The vehicle is on the other side of the street, but, due to how everything is laid out, it makes it difficult to not hit their vehicle when coming out of our driveway. The neighbor and I spoke about this month's ago and they have kept that area clear since. Now, because of the understanding, should I say, we will be having more issues with this. Why do people need to make things difficult for others?

I am very impressed with the service we received from Fisher's Towing! The young man who came to tow my son's truck was phenomenal! While AAA caused most of the…read moreproblems, the driver for this company (Joey) was the least professional person I've ever met in my life. He not only failed to communicate the possibility of needing to delay picking me up, he spoke down to me in a manner I can only call condescending and insulting; questioning my ability to know if my car would start or shift into neutral was only one of the many continued insulting things he said to me. Upon arriving at my mechanic's location, he threw my keys in the door without speaking to anyone or leaving any paperwork. When the manager confronted him he had some choice words to say and continued with his unprofessional behavior. He was so inappropriate that my mechanic contacted the company and will no longer allow them to tow vehicles to their business. While the manager (?) was very nice, she does not seem to have control over her employees and blamed his behavior on "missing his meds." Unfortunately his behavior trumps the very little positive interaction I had with Empire.

I truly felt like family when I spoke with them. I can tell that they really care about their customers. If you get stuck or in an accident, please let them be the first on your list to call. I can't express enough how THANKFUL I am to have done business with them! I will always call them first if I am in need of a towing service!
