My roadside assistance would not help because I did not have a spare tire, and did not need a tow. I called Little's and they went to Tractor Supply, picked up the tire I needed and came back and put it on the trailer. They were fast and definitely went the extra mile to help us out. Two other local companies refused the job because of having to go to Tractor Supply. This was a Sunday evening too! If it weren't for them, we would have had to wait for family to drive 2.5 hours to help. Thank you so much!

I would give it 30 stars if I could…read more So we came off I240 onto I40 in Asheville in our 28 foot box truck and BOOM our tire burst and we had to pull over at the worst possible spot DURING RUSH HOUR and tried figuring it out for about 1 hour and called these guys and a VERY nice guy came in a flash and changed it ALONG A GUARDRAIL AT NIGHT ON I40!! And it was changed in about 30-50 min and if you know how box truck tires are and how hard they are to change then you know and this freaking guy made it look SOO easy.
