I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Triple B Towing. They are AMAZING people with big hearts. My…read morehusband was in an accident a few days ago, and they were called to tow my car from the scene. In the time they've kept my car for me, we found out that my insurance will not cover my car, which SUCKS because it was a 2020 and paid off- However, Triple B went the extra mile and even offered me heart to heart advice which calmed my anxieties about the situation, they presented me with options about what to do in my situation, and then vacuumed the glass out of my vehicle, and cleaned it up enough for me to be able to drive it home (free of charge) because it should be salvageable with a little bit of work. I truly felt like family when I spoke with them. I can tell that they really care about their customers. If you get stuck or in an accident, please let them be the first on your list to call. I can't express enough how THANKFUL I am to have done business with them! I will always call them first if I am in need of a towing service!

If you are in need of assistance and are fortunate enough to be near Triple B Towing, rest assured you will be taken care of!

The driver proceeded to cut me off about hitting my car and then proceeds to drive to the median and throws up rocks from the side of the road cracking my windshield. I called to make a complaint to a manager and had to call 3 times to finally speak to someone For him to hang up on me claimed I was driving too close behind his tow truck driver. I clarified multiple times that the driver cut me off and that I had to go around him in the right lane. all this said, TO BE HUNG UP ON. - don't recommend, especially when they're fine with their drivers, driving like they're drunk on the roads causing a hazard. Looks like the reviews already speak for themselves. trashy company.

These guys are the greatest!!!!!!!…read more My wife and I were on our way from Rocky Mount, NC to Willliamsburg, KY. We were towing our Jeep on a tailer when we had a wheel bearing failure on the trailer. Smokey's sent out a semi truck and trailer that we loaded our truck and trailer on to. The driver took us to a trailer shop in Hickory, NC that had the parts we needed. The trailer shop was unwilling to perform the repair work until the next day. This would have meant that we would miss out on the Jeep Jamboree that we were heading to. Unwilling to let us down, the Smokey's driver took us and the new parts back to their shop. We made the repair to the trailer in their parking lot. The repair took us into after hours, when the business would normally be closed. This got us back on the road in time to make it to the Jeep Jamboree. These guys really went out of their way to take care of us. I have not seen concern for customer needs like this since I don't know when. The topper of it all was the price. They could have really taken us to the cleaners, but the price was reasonable for the tow and super great for the labor to help us fix the trailer. I cannot recommend these guys enough! Service like this restores my faith that there are good people in the service industry. Thank you so much Smokey's!!!!!!
