I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Triple B Towing. They are AMAZING people with big hearts. My…read morehusband was in an accident a few days ago, and they were called to tow my car from the scene. In the time they've kept my car for me, we found out that my insurance will not cover my car, which SUCKS because it was a 2020 and paid off- However, Triple B went the extra mile and even offered me heart to heart advice which calmed my anxieties about the situation, they presented me with options about what to do in my situation, and then vacuumed the glass out of my vehicle, and cleaned it up enough for me to be able to drive it home (free of charge) because it should be salvageable with a little bit of work. I truly felt like family when I spoke with them. I can tell that they really care about their customers. If you get stuck or in an accident, please let them be the first on your list to call. I can't express enough how THANKFUL I am to have done business with them! I will always call them first if I am in need of a towing service!

Absolutely incredible roadside service!…read more We had a catastrophic tire failure on the highway near Statesville and called TTC for help. They showed up with a spare wheel and tire, but when it turned out it wouldn't work with our truck, they didn't just leave us stranded or tell us to figure it out. They drove us to Walmart, waited while we purchased and had a new tire mounted, brought us back to the truck, and installed it roadside. From stranded on the interstate to back on the road 1.5hr--and the total charge was only $100 (we gave them $200). That level of service, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond is extremely rare these days. They could have easily charged considerably more given everything they did. Amazing service, amazing price, and genuinely good people. 10/10. If you're ever stranded around Statesville, NC, TTC is who you want to call. Highly recommend!
