I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Triple B Towing. They are AMAZING people with big hearts. My…read morehusband was in an accident a few days ago, and they were called to tow my car from the scene. In the time they've kept my car for me, we found out that my insurance will not cover my car, which SUCKS because it was a 2020 and paid off- However, Triple B went the extra mile and even offered me heart to heart advice which calmed my anxieties about the situation, they presented me with options about what to do in my situation, and then vacuumed the glass out of my vehicle, and cleaned it up enough for me to be able to drive it home (free of charge) because it should be salvageable with a little bit of work. I truly felt like family when I spoke with them. I can tell that they really care about their customers. If you get stuck or in an accident, please let them be the first on your list to call. I can't express enough how THANKFUL I am to have done business with them! I will always call them first if I am in need of a towing service!

I have only had my car back for three days, so far it drives well, looks great and smells amazing…read more I am leaving this review because Lockman's customer service was exceptional. I was in an accident and contacted Lockman's based on a referral from another repair place and a insurance company. Because Lockman's has a tow truck, I contacted them before I heard from the insurance company. They were understanding and allowed my car to sit there for two days before the insurance company contacted them. Lockman's warned that repairs could take 10 days, they texted me the progress, returned calls and allowed hubby to stop by. When I picked up my car, the tires were clean, shiny and inside was detailed. Being in an accident is a scary thing, and Lockman's made it a bit easier by communicating with the insurance companies.

I checked but the oil was still dark after they said they drained all the oil but they did not. They had used a power wrench to take a part off that had nothing to do with changing the oil. I asked why and the employee could not give me a satisfactory answer. When I left a lot of the oil leaked out, there was a puddle under my car. I returned and the explanation they gave me was that "things happen". I said that this is a new car and it should be easy, so why did it happen? Again there was no satisfactory answer, but the employee added 1 quart of oil and I left. It was still leaking as I was parked less than a mile away and a puddle came out under the car. This time when I went back I was mad. The manager threatened me and I raised my voice to let them know they had to fix it. After they fixed it, this time, they added 1/2 quart of oil and it stopped leaking. I am going to a third-party to have the car checked and will hold owner Joe Roberts accountable if any permanent damage is found. To be continued...
