They put one on and only a couple hours later the tire blew( more like crumbled ) because it was dry rotted, while he was driving it. Luckily nobody was hurt , but check the comments for the picture, this could have went really really bad on the highway and with an inexperienced child driver. We called and they said they would absolutely not refund us or even give us half back but if they had the right size tire in stock they would give us a replacement but of course turned around and said they don't have that size tire. Two main…read moreissues have come up since the purchase and Paramount Volvo has been unwilling or uninterested to resolve either. Their response to post-sale issues leaves a lot to be desired. The problems: 1. The certified pre-owned vehicle comes with an additional warranty from Volvo. The Paramount salesperson providing, in writing, a specific date that the warranty ended. A week or two after purchase, I found out from Volvo corporate that the actual end of warranty was nearly 1.5 years prior to when I was told by Paramount. Paramount has acknowledged the error but has yet to come up with a solution to resolve the big discrepancy. Their response could be summed up by "oops." One and a half years of warranty on a car like this is worth more than a thousand dollars. 2. The certified pre-owned vehicle came with a faulty part that was discovered the day after purchase. The faulty part (the HVCH) prevents the vehicle from heating the cabin when running in all-electric mode and from pre-conditioning the cabin prior to driving. These are nice features to have in the middle of winter! The part will be fixed under warranty, but it is back-ordered by more than 8 weeks. Again, the response from Paramount was "oops."

Went to sigs to get two new tires for my truck. BRANDON SIGMON came to me and told me he broke off…read morea screw. When I went out to my truck I seen they didn't break a screw but busted the centers on the front. According to JAMIE , that was the only way to get the centers off. They didn't both to spray anything on them to help loosen just busted them. Saying that's all they could do. They tried to take the one center off by trying to loosen a fake lug. Not only did they bust the centers, Jamie cussed me and my wife, fu@k this and fu@k that he kept saying. As we was leaving he hollered have a MERRY FU@KING CHRISTMAS. WOW! This is the way Sigs does business. Tells customers to fu@k this and that. I paid $54? .00 for two tires and this is what I get. Never again will I return here for tires. I have bought tires from them for years only to be treated this badly. Who cusses their customers this way? Not only cussing but tearing up my stuff.
