In the time they've kept my car for me, we found out that my insurance will not cover my car, which SUCKS because it was a 2020 and paid off- However, Triple B went the extra mile and even offered me heart to heart advice which calmed my anxieties about the situation, they presented me with options about what to do in my situation, and then vacuumed the glass out of my vehicle, and cleaned it up enough for me to be able to drive it home (free of charge) because it should be salvageable with a little bit of work. I truly felt like family when I spoke with them. I can tell that they really care about their customers. If you get stuck or in an accident, please let them be the first on your list to call. I can't express enough how THANKFUL I am to have done business with them! I will always call them first if I am in need of a towing service!

My roadside assistance would not help because I did not have a spare tire, and did not need a tow. I called Little's and they went to Tractor Supply, picked up the tire I needed and came back and put it on the trailer. They were fast and definitely went the extra mile to help us out. Two other local companies refused the job because of having to go to Tractor Supply. This was a Sunday evening too! If it weren't for them, we would have had to wait for family to drive 2.5 hours to help. Thank you so much!
