Used Life360 who contracted 3T towing to tow my Mercedes gl350 that had the suspensions air compressor go out They refused to tow it saying it's a liability issue cause the tire will run the wheel well... 1. Why couldn't they leave it in gear and pull it on 2. Why would it matter when I told them I don't care and would sign a waiver? 3. Why leave someone's car stranded when they can't drive it? My daughter's car was towed by these people and I drove 3 hours with my husband to retrieve her car, when we got that after we drove forever! Those are the nicest guys around! It was a bit expensive but the owner and a young g man that worked with him helped my 6"9 325 lb disabled husband up off the ground when his knees gave in andhe went down! Incredible service great prices. Called 15 tow truck companies average tow from Mooresville Nc to Ironstation Nc 27 miles all these other towers wanted from $250 to $375. Called 3T towing LLc in mooresville, spoke to Mike ( Awsome dispatcher) explained everything to me step by step and gave me a heck of a good price. $170 for the whole pick up and drop off. The tow truck driver Blaine came at 12:00pm on the dot, just like they said they would. Blaine explained all the needed proceedures took pictures of the car safely put my car on the tow truck and even took a picture of the car in its drop off location to put my mind at ease. My 2018 Audi S5 Cabriolet convertible was damaged due to another car running into it in the parking lot of Ulta on River Road in Mooresville. The car had extensive front end damage with fluids draining out of the engine. Kurt with 3T arrived to pull the car onto the flatbed as it could not be driven. He handled my car as carefully as if it were his own. My car was being hauled to Hendricks Luxury Car repair in Concord. Absolute worst service I've ever received in my entire life. The rudest people I've ever dealt with. I asked them not to try to reverse the car because I knew the transmission was blown and fluid was leaking and he did it anyway and made the fluid leak worse. He said he didn't know how to get my car out and was pissed off about that. His wife started cussing me out and cussing at him and told him that she wasn't gonna provide me service and they just needed to leave. Worst company I've ever dealt with, should not be in business. Loaded my car onto their tow truck when my insurance company had cancelled their service, I called them to try to sort it out, they claimed they never heard of cancellation from insurance company, got angry and hung up the phone after telling me they were leaving vehicle on side of the road. Tried calling back to ask for location of where they dropped it and all calls went straight to voicemail. Luckily the tow driver who was supposed to pick it up spotted the car seven miles down the highway off an exit. If you have any other choices available do not give these people your business. read more

This review is to share our less than positive experience with a towing service, 3T Towing in Mooresville, NC. We requested a tow truck to transport a vintage van with a fiberglass Westphalia top to a nearby town for repairs. When the driver arrived at our home, he appeared to have difficulty determining locations to secure the tow hooks so as to avoid damage to the frame. He was unable to move the van onto the tow truck and had to call upon the assistance of a coworker who quickly accomplished the task. Unfortunately, while enroute, the top became loose. The driver explained that he stopped on one occasion to tighten it. However, as he proceeded along the highway, the top loosened again and this time he did not stop to take other measures to ensure that it would not raise up nor did he call us to come and do the work for him. We happen to hear from an individual who was familiar with the van and saw it traveling along the highway. We learned that person saw the top dangling from the side of the truck, which we felt could have been seen had the driver been monitoring his mirrors. Had he noticed that, the top could have been secured instead of irreparably damaged. When he arrived at the mechanic's shop, the absence of the top was mentioned by the mechanic to which the driver stated no top was on the van when it was picked up. This was disproved by showing the photo taken of the driver with the van on his truck (top in place) and him posed in front of it. The mechanic had to remove the van from the bed of the tow truck because the driver was unable to do so. The company assumed no responsibility for the damages and we are having to absorb some costly repairs. The driver explained that he had graduated from a well-known automotive training institute and was employed by a local automobile company. During our past 35 years calling upon towing services in various places in North Carolina and Virginia, this is the first time that a vehicle was damaged during the transport. read more

Luckily a driver named Andrew was able to pick up my vehicle quick and safely in a parking lot and able to get it back to where I needed it to be quickly. read more

They are completely unprofessional. My insurance company sent them out to tow my car and they cancelled services. I sent the driver my exact location and got a text that he was onsite. He blocked my number and I called from my friends phone to finally get a ring but he still didn't answer. Don't trust these people. They're very unprofessional and inefficient. read more

Had an awkward situation where my car broke down out of town and they towed it to the nearest dealership for me. Andrew took especially good care of my car even though I was not present for the tow.
