I thought it was definitely worth it until these guys blew it in the customer service department. I was spending roughly $ 1200 per month consistently. Now if you had a business relationship with a customer where you are making that profit consistently wouldn't you want to provide good customer service if the customer had one complaint in 6 months? Also keep in mind that your meal prep delivery business is loaded with competition. So what was my complaint? Well I left town and decided to put the delivery on hold for a week. Someone screwed up on their end and they still delivered. Not only did the delivered food sit and rot on my front porch for a week, but they made a 2nd delivery on day 7 so there were 2 weeks worth of meal preps when I got home on day 8. When I got home I called them and told them what happened and asked them why they did not pickup the food when they arrived 7 days later if they still had me on schedule? They said they have no record of me putting it on hold to begin with. And that all they do is deliver and pickup empty bags!! Lmfao. So I said what the hell do you do? Just deliver food and collect money with no concern for your customer's well being since you notice rotting food and do not say or do amything sbout it? They still refused to give me a refund and they lost my business forever.

I microwave mine due to restricted time so taste is 7.5-8/10. Im sure heating it on the stove would make it a bit better. I LOVE their juices though. I drink them pre workout and give me raw/clean energy. Overall it helps me stay on track and I love that they provide all the macros and you can keep everything tracked on the app they offer. I will say its a little pricey but they do offer weekly rewards for continuing to be a customer which is awesome. I like that they deliver it on time and in a nice cooler bag with an ice pack everytime in case Im not home right away to put them away. Tons of variety to choose from. I do wish they would have higher protein meals but thats just me being picky. Overall great service.

Esther was always very amicable during our communications and arrived right on time for set up. The setup was really nice with black table covers and signs labeling all of the food that was available to our guests. The food was ready at the requested serving time and our guests enjoyed every last bit. Some went back for seconds, and even then we still had leftovers. Esther's portions were very generous and we were given all the leftovers at the end of the service.
