Instead, I spent over $50 on two chicken cheesesteaks, cold fries, two fountain drinks, and donut holes -- and it was an absolute disaster. Let's start with the bread. It tasted like someone washed it, then smashed it and said, "Cook it up!" It was flat, soggy, and had none of the fresh, soft texture you'd expect from a real sandwich bun. The chicken cheesesteaks weren't even close to what was advertised. The cheese was melted terribly -- like a 4th grader's science project -- and the chicken had zero seasoning, with little to none on the bread. This was *not* the flavorful sandwich I was promised. The fries were cold, the donut holes were whatever because they lacked sugar, and the fountain drinks were the only part of this that weren't a letdown. But honestly, $50 for this? I could've gotten better food for half the price. I wanted to give this place a shot, but now I know better. Pardon My Cheesesteak clearly doesn't care about quality, and I'm definitely not coming back. Save your money and find something better.

Esther's Catering & Tacos did a great job at my recent event! They arrived a little more than an hour early so they were ready to serve right on time. I really liked and appreciated that. They had more than enough food to serve my 100 guests. Everyone ate and loved their tacos, rice and beans. I also liked how a variety of taco meats were offered as well as quesadillas and mulitas. I took a chance on esther's catering and got blessed by the most delicious food! Every thing is fresh and clean. Loved the use of signs for salsa's and a menu sign. We ordered the mixed berry salad with freshly made vinaigrette dressing, the taco platter with zucchini and pollo, mahi mahi ceviche, rice and beans, guac and salsa. No exaggeration: we all ate at least 3 plates of food - it was ALL DELICIOUS! The freshest ingredients, wholesome tasty brilliantly prepped food! Our guests immediately took Chefs info down and even packed boxes of food to take home for their kids It was seriously amazing! Chef called the next day to ask for feedback. Having worked at top Michelin star restaurants, now that's hospitality at its finest. He and Inez were warm, open and willing to go the extra mile to make our day special.
