Kevin and Karen are an amazing team. Very responsive and thorough. Moving into a new build where…read morethere is a lot of excavation and creepy critters finding new homes as well, Kevin did an outstanding job as I have not seen anything after his visit. Unlike larger pest control companies who push the hard sell maintenance schedule, Kevin did not at all but still led me to request a quarterly visit. Even better is that the 4x a year visit does not fall into winter when insects are less of a problem but scheduled every 8-9 weeks through the warmer climate months to keep the bugs at bay. Keep up the great work Spokane Pest Pro!!

The roofline is very complex and steep, and way up in the air, with many entry points at the edge of the roofline being used by a well-established population of vermin. The first step for this multiyear project will be squirrel exclusion, and it will be a daunting task. Brett was our salesman, and I have great confidence that this job will be highly effective. During the estimate, Brett looked in our attic at our wiring and the specific areas where they were nesting. He had the worker fall safety bits worked out. The other folks did not do any of that; I'm so looking forward to being squirrel-free.

After calling around, nobody seemed willing or able to step up....except Jim. Jim came out the same day and provided exactly the solution we needed. From there, he also let me know he could help with insects and other pests, which he took care of within just a few days. On top of that, he helped completely revitalize our lawn. We were seriously considering tearing the whole thing out and starting over, but Jim was able to bring it back to life and save us thousands of dollars. He is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, and professional. We've worked with a lot of contractors over the years, and Jim is, by a mile, the best. His payment portal is also very slick and easy to use....There's a reason why he is number 1. Do yourself a favor and hire him!

We had a termite problem at our rental and I looked through Yelp to find someone to help us. What…read morestuck in my mind is that Gowin was one of the few that mentioned experience with termites. They are relatively uncommon in our area so that's not surprising. So we met Jim Gowin at the house and he did an assessment and gave us an estimate and we set a date to do that actual treatment. The house is vacant at the moment so we had to make plans to come from out of town. Jim showed up on time (I was actually late and that was not a problem for him) and he took care of the problem. He was professional and reasonable and I also appreciate that he is a small operation, not one of those big impersonal outfits and you don't know who is going to do the actual work. We will call on Gowin Pest Solutions in the future.
