Adding a new review since the new location and menu is pretty different…read more Let's start with the pizza since that's new. First, I'm obsessed with their CRUST! I am so often disappointed by pizza crust - but this one keeps me coming back for more! As a huge bonus, it's freshly milled organic wheat, so it's way healthier than your average crust and it tastes way better in my opinion. The sausage pizza and the dessert pizza are top-tier; each bite reminds me how much I love it. We didn't love the hot honey as much, there just really wasn't enough hot honey on it. Their drink menu got a lot smaller, but the drinks that are on it are delicious (at least of the ones we had). Huge props to Loon for also including some mocktails and NA options. So even though the pepperoni pizza didn't blow us away and I'm bummed at the limited cocktail options, I'm still giving it 5 stars because their sausage and dessert pizzas are easily my favorite pizza nearby. The staff has also been great as well.

I hate pesto, so I didn't like that one, but the other two were fantastic. Staff was incredibly welcoming and provided us with tons of information about the place. Drinks were good, kids had root beer mocktails and they liked them! Space is very cool, and with an interesting history. Highly reccommend.

I can't wait to come back and sit on the deck during the summer or fall. I had an N/A drink as I was driving. It was really mellow but refreshing. My friend had a bonafide cocktail and also enjoyed the citrus and clove flavor. We had the buffalo chicken dip and fig and prosciutto flatbread. Both really good and clean. By that I mean I had no stomach issues after eating there. Service was good although they could have come by more often. Nonetheless I will be back.

Sometimes you look at a drink menu and are intrigued but a bunch of options, this place was the opposite, not one drink looked good. All of the options are very masculine in nature: vermouth, bitters, etc.. you would think there would be something with like vodka or tequila and some fruit but nope. There was one drink that almost fit that profile but they threw in pink peppercorn and I was told that under no circumstance would they alter the ingredients... makes me think the bartender is either incapable or a complete jerk. In any case, bad customer service. I came here with 3 others and no one liked their drinks.

There's really no redeeming value to be associated with this place other than it being a cool place to have a beer during the hot summer months. And downright freezing during the winter! Me finding myself tethered to John (a local gadabout) who drags me to a seemingly endless line of beverage intakes of an alcohol nature, and I not being use to the effects of cold and ice. The ice in the parking lot can be treacherous, and the inside is like aging beef in cold storage! Ahhh but that only adds to its charm. Tie that in with the warm hearts sharing the bar and it makes for a memorable experience. But not one that I would frequent on a daily basis. I heard stories about there being caves associated with Nova. Who knows, maybe someday John will get me an invite to explore and I'll come across Injun' Joe just like Tom Sawyer. My luck though it'll be a rabid bat I find. A memory ever associated with the bowels of the dive which is Nova. Honestly speaking, I had fun at Nova, cold and all. We would have stayed longer but alas, a dinner engagement loomed which would provide us the opportunity to indulge once more, and more importantly, thaw out! Quick Tip: After you've had your fill at Nova you can walk down to the corner for ice cream at the Dairy Queen. You'll find that novelty warmer than what you had to endure at Hudsons finest dive.

I have been here two times in the last week and lemme tell ya.. this is quite the spot. I do suggest making a reservation because everytime I go here it is popping! What a vibey place, the lights aren't too bright, it gives a hip, fun, light energy and is not too pretentious but has INCREDIBLE FOOD AND DRINKS. Right now, one of their specials is whitefish toast.. if you enjoy fish at all, you need this. The fish is light and fresh, they put fresh dill on top and it is placed on top of some toasted sourdough bread perfectly. The fish is flavorful, a lil earthy and I feel as if there are capers or olives in in the fish mixture, whatever it is is fire! The burrata, beets, and citrus is a nice lovely, fresh, light app, the burrata is perfection with the beets and fresh, juicy citrus, drizzled with some oil and random pieces of garlic mixed in, YUM. I suggest ordering bread on the side with this one! The wings here are a staple and always delish. Crispy, hot, and coated perfectly in a light sweet chili sauce.. they hit the spot everytime. The housemade ranch is a perfect dipper. The other day I tried the chorizo and scallops... oh my goodness gracious.. it was a lil spicy and creamy with the bean puree and the scallops were buttery, light and divine! 10 outta 10 would do again. Finally, got the goat cheesecake, gluten free ginger snap crust with poached pears. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE I want this now and in every lifetime! The cheesecake was light, yet decadent, deep, creamy with a light, unassuming flavor. The crust was delicious and the poached pears added that perfect fruit component. I got Liam as my server both times, he was helpful, attentive, had good suggestions when asked questions and didn't interrupt at all, amazing! This is the spot for any occasion!

Parking was easy enough to find on the street. We weren't able to find a reservation online, but had no problem walking in on a Saturday evening. We were able to grab a standing spot at the bar. The host asked us a bit later if we'd like to sit down at some bar seats that opened up, which was very kind! I ordered the martini du jour and am obsessed. If you like martinis, this is the spot for sure! Looking forward to retuning!

The wait staff are all super fun and friendly and love making drinks and bantering with patrons. They have great knowledge of all the spirits made in house as well as the cocktails. Ready with recs! I have yet to try the spirits on their own but I can say the cocktails are delicious. My personal favorite being the martini. The space is small but ample. Has kind of a weird vibe with a hodge podge of decor but it's fun and interesting. Drink prices are fair/competitive/reasonable not just for the neighborhood but for the whole craft cocktail scene in general. Follow me on IG danny_runsforbeer

We went shortly after they opened at 4 so it was pretty chill, not very busy. I remember this space from when it was Mountain Mudd when I was in high school. It's a smaller space but they do a bit of a patio when it gets nicer outside. Very simple decor inside. They have a few board games as well to play while you sip. We ended up sitting at the bar. We ordered 4 different drinks & a shot (total between 2 of us). Blue meanie - my fav of the 4 we tried. Sweet and a little sour. Watermelon Sugar - also good, refreshing tasted like watermelon candy Groovy Cherry - tasted just like a cherry limeade drink. I personally don't like cherry limeade but it was good. Georgia Peach - a little stronger but still good and peachy. Watermelon jolly rancher shot - good tasted just like the candy. Overall the drinks were simple but good. The staff were super nice and chill. The crowd was a bit older but overall a nice lounge.
