They were NOT in my immediate apartment, but they were doing work in the hallway, I don't think that locking him up was needed as they were not in my apartment. I also want to add that there were two people here for a simple one person job!!! I wonder what my landlord is going to be charged for that!!! I am sure it's not going to be cheap!!!
