My dog knows when there is a stranger around and will bark, which is something all dogs do. The owner told me to put a bark collar on my dog to make him stop barking, or lock him up in a room!!! The cruelty they had towards my dog was unforgiving!!! They were NOT in my immediate apartment, but they were doing work in the hallway, I don't think that locking him up was needed as they were not in my apartment. I also want to add that there were two people here for a simple one person job!!! I wonder what my landlord is going to be charged for that!!! I am sure it's not going to be cheap!!!
