I'm so frustrated with this company. They broke my faucet handle by dropping a pipe on it, and then…read morethey kind of cobbled the pieces back together. However, it only held together so long, and then I had to pay someone else to actually replace the broken parts. They also never removed the previous water heater or old pipes and stuff from my house, which they said that they would do. They just left almost everything, and didn't clean up. But the worst part is that I feel that they billed me way too much for what they actually got done. And I've called them and tried to talk to them multiple times, but it just goes no where. They can't seem to remember what they did or what my concerns were, etc. And I've put a lot of energy and effort into trying to explain, and trying to get them to do something about it. It's just been an incredibly frustrating and demoralizing experience, with no resolution as of yet. And I'm even wondering if I'm going to have to hire a lawyer or something.

Latter he replaced the drain from sink to the main in basement, all good jobs. In building my shop, he didn't follow instructions to plumb utility room room drain and floor drains to daylight, but instead routed into the septic. General contractor didn't catch it before cementing. At time, with little use it was ok. Now issues arise as the Iron out system flushes 4-600 gallons at a time into the septic which can overwhelm it with increased use at home. Also all the debris and sediment that is washed into the shop floor drains is causing clogging of the filter in the septic system. EXPENSIVE FIX. Would not use for unsupervised work, but for daily plumbing is good.

After installing the toilet, I noticed that the plumber left the existing dirty rusty escutcheon still on the wall. I had an older sink, and just wanted to refresh the faucet and piping underneath. The faucet didn't fit, and it left a gap, and the piping underneath made the new drain crooked and looked horrible!! The mixing valve was facing the inside of the shower instead of facing out for easy access last but not least, my showerhead went missing, they claimed it was never in the box, and I know my daughter would not have bought a showerhead kit without a showerhead.! Like I said, worst experience ever! PS it's my understanding. I was to be compensated for the poor customer service. I personally think this whole situation could have been avoided. Had they come to the house so I could tell them what I wanted done. Maybe these issues could've been avoided!
