After waiting a week for them to come take measurements, we were quoted $400 for a single exterior sun screen. When we asked whether the $85 service charge would be applied toward the order, we were told it would only be credited on purchases over $1,000. We've done a lot of business with this company over the years and have always been satisfied, which makes this experience especially frustrating. Unfortunately, the business practices now feel misleading and far from the customer service we used to receive.

Bethany, the (sister) office manager, answered right away and was super friendly. She set me up with an appointment with Michael, the (brother) estimator, to come and take a look at the damage, as the basketball goal appeared to have damaged the frame of the window in the tumble. Michael showed up on time and checked out the damage and gave me a few options--ranging from the cheapest fix to more energy-efficient upgrades. While we were chatting, he mentioned we might even qualify for a rebate from the state if we decide to upgrade all the windows in the house- sounded a bit too good to be true but checking into it I actually found I could benefit so I'm looking into that separately- I can update the review if I move ahead and find out more.
