I have used Dr. Harrisons since I was around 3 or 4 years old and am currently 23. It used to be…read moresuch a great place when the father was there, and honestly even when it was father and son. Dr. Alex however is the most condesending, and rude person I have met in quite a while. I was in the process of getting root canals and trying to figure out what the next step was, I was getting all sorts of mixed messages and I was told several times when I would call on a Thursday that I would get a call back on the follwing tuesday, and then I would have to call back a week later. This happened 3 times. I was told different things, by different people and then made to feel as if I was being difficult. If I am told that I am getting a call, then I expect a call. If I do not recieve that call days after I supposed too. I am going to call again. Finally I was greeted by Dr. Alex who refused to take any accountibility, mis communication or not, I have the voicemail, and she said I was being unreasonable and did not know where my expectations were coming from that they would call me back. Never in my life have I come across a business this unprofessional and unaccountable. Additionally I find it ironic they can not get back to me in 3-4 weeks via phone, but they can overnight me a letter saying I am no longer a member at their practice.

The last tooth extraction that I did have, which was done at a "chain" dental location, was not a good experience, and I was in pain for well over a week. I filled out some forms in the waiting room. I got called into the exam room by the hygienist just a minute or two after I was done with the forms. The cleaning was very thorough. After the cleaning and digital x-rays, the dentist did his exam. He was friendly but firm with the instructions to floss daily, as usual. A new patient exam with x-rays and a cleaning came out to be under $224. Subsequent cleanings are $129. Insurance is accepted too.

I'm not sure why others haven't reviewed this Dental Practice earlier but I will. I've been using…read morethem for about 5 years now. They all are very courteous and friendly in the office. They let you know the cost, what insurance will cover and your final out of pocket cost ahead of time. The hygienist is very friendly, always concerned about if you're comfortable. She does a great job and prefers to do the cleaning with tools which to me seems less painful. Now we get to Doctor Montag who is a doctor that believes in modern technology and isn't afraid to get it. Today I went in for a cleaning, and informed the hygienist that a cap had fallen off last week. She took an X-ray and Dr Montag came in to look at it. He then informed me that a client had cancelled and that he could take care of it right away. I decided, why wait! One of the great things about this office is he has invested in the equipment to make a crown right away. Within an hour he had it made, installed and I don't have to return. This is what a dentist should be.
