I chose PNW Physical Therapy initially because I needed to find a clinic within walking distance from my home. I had surgery on my shoulder which meant that driving wouldn't be an option for a couple of months. Andrew was my primary PT, but I also saw Kylie a couple of times and got to know a few others around the clinic (including the owner, Jamie, who is awesome!) over the ~4.5 months I was going. Every session was 1-on-1 for the full 50ish minutes, which was different than any other clinic I had been to. Each appointment started with some assisted stretching and mobility exercises before moving into range of motion and strengthening. Every exercise was demonstrated for me and my therapist always ensured I wasn't experiencing any pain or discomfort. My main interest was getting back to a place where I could golf again, and after a couple of months spent restoring my range of motion, we started doing exercises that were more tailored to my activity preferences. The office was cooperative with my financial circumstances and honest throughout the entire process, never trying to schedule my for excessive appointments or take advantage of the situation. I'm now happy to say that I've been cleared by my surgeon to resume full activity and he was very impressed with my progress over the months. Now that I'm all finished, it feels kind of weird to say that I'll miss going to physical therapy every week!

This time I picked a different therapist for knee replacement. I am so glad that I did. Jamie Lee was my therapist. He was a joy to work with. He listened to what I had to say, even if it was off the subject. They got me an extended prescription. As I was still have knee problems after 3 years. Bottom line is, I will never look for another place for therapy as this is now my place for any kind of Therapy. Aloha to all at PNW. You made an 83 year old feel like an 80 year old. Lol. Thanks

Let me start with, I was in so much discomfort a few months ago but coming here + following both to Dr Ashley + Dr Anni's plan has made a difference/ impact in my health. Dr Ashley is a one of a kind person. Dr Ashley listens closely, guides me, educates me, + adjusts me to make me feel better during my treatments + afterward recovery. Dr Ashley + Dr Anni are very comforting in assisting throughout the recovery treatment, that is personalized for each person. Dr Ashley clearly had an effective recovery plan for me to get back on track. I am so thankful for Dr Ashley, Dr Anni, + for everyone else in the office who made my recovery effective quickly but gently. The front desk is polite + organized as well as the employees. They have a private parking + I have never had an issue not finding parking.

Got invited to a "workshop" about Rotator cuff issues/shoulder issues. So I signed up and attended. What an absolute waste of time. Yes only two people showed up but I got the impression we were going to dig into shoulder issues, contributing issues, talk about alternative therapies, maybe talk about some exercises etc. . Nope turned out to be basically "hey this is what we do as naturopaths or chiroprators, sports therapy ... Maybe if more people showed up would have been more of a discussion and less of a fishing expedition on their side.. but was done in less than 15 minutes... so not a lot of waste of time but will be hard pressed to consider them for that alone. I should have guessed so shame on me but they were attentive in their follow up about being there.. just had nothing to say...

Took the next flight home and went to the ER here. They referred me to Everett Bone and Joint. I was happily surprised when my doc said I didn't have to do surgery. Personally I view the fact that they are willing to let an injury worsen and become irreparable or at least a more complicated fix as a full violation of the sacred hippocratic oath. Now yelp wants to know about care quality the last time I went there was for a torn meniscus which is still torn and probably worse now. While I can say the doctor i saw seemed polite I felt as if he didn't care and spent maybe 12 seconds listening to me before sending me on my way. Im sure this place is great. Im also certain that unless you are gonna make them more money then they lose they won't waste their time on you. Go somewhere else if you can
