In all 11 documents. My many, many questions were answered. The office has a staff member who is an organizer of the meetings in person, Zoom, phone--who is very responsive. The estate package document is a loose leaf binder with all signed documents, instructions and a flash drive with the signed documents--really excellent. It is so good to know that I have all my medical and death arrangements organized.

I could not be more disappointed with this firm's outcome on my case. I contacted them in…read morereference to a tax bill the IRS claimed I owed. I did a phone consultation and was told they could probably get the total amount owed significantly reduced. They specifically said they could get the penalties removed, which were over $5k. They did say the actual taxes owed may or may not change change much, and the interest couldn't be waived. But the prospect of reducing the $5k in fees was worth it to me. I was very clear that if they could do the work for under $5k and get the $5k in fees waived, I'd still be ahead of the game. They assured me that was very doable. I also specifically asked about using an enrolled agent and they said I needed a lawyer instead, as an enrolled agent could not handle this issue. The firm worked on my case for a while. Several times I was contacted by new lawyers, saying the old one had quit and they were "getting up to speed on my case." Each time they charged me for the time they used to review the case. I believe it was three lawyers total who worked the case, but could be wrong. In the end, they ended up assigning an enrolled agent, the exact thing I asked about when I first called. Ultimately, the IRS denied everything, saying I owed the taxes, the fees and the interest, the exact same number listed on the initial letter they sent me. And, the Frost bill ended up being well over $5k also, meaning I was further behind than when I started. I understand no firm can guarantee success, but i felt like I got the runaround from minute one and have nothing to show for it but yet another bill.
