I called Tapped to ask how I could ensure this doesn't happen in the future and was told to do exactly what I did do (put the request into the notes section on the bottom) and that "...human error occurs and we'll just have to do better." It was a place where my sister and I learned that if we wanted something, we might want to get it because what it was might not be in stock the next time we came by. Lines at check out were typically quick and parking relatively easy to find, though there have been occasions when circling has been necessary. My mom and I continue to come to this location on occasion when looking for presents.
