Great healing experience with a highly competent and caring staff! I came to Back on Track with an acute and highly painful right shoulder and upper back that severely hampered my mobility. Through the excellent and caring guidance of Bog Tan, Kelly Kerr, Vince Dimalanta, Angela D'Souza, and the rest of the great staff, I was meticulously guided to a near perfect recovery. They also provided clear instructions on how to perform daily exercises at home between PT sessions. Through it all, I actually feel like I am walking 2" taller through my improved posture! I highly recommend Back on Track Physical Therapy. 5+ stars well deserved! read more

Actually awful, had a different person every time. They didn't read my chart or anything. They asked if I was there for my shoulder when I waited a year to be on schedule for my back. Had me do maybe 4 "exercises" each time that were more like stretches, and never printed out what I needed to be doing at home as well. It is a complete waste of time and now I'm paying for a personal trainer and getting real care! read more

I am very lucky to have been able to get an appointment early on with Hui Fen Hsu (Joyce) so I could make all my appointments with her! She knows everything about the body and is able to just feel my back/foot and know where the issues and pain are. Not only are her skills impeccable, she is able to answer all of my questions scientifically. I always feel like the hands on work she does is helping relieve the core issues and the back work feels amazing. I don't want to put down the other therapist(s) I had, but I made all of my appointments specifically with her for a reason. I think she should be paid more! I also want to give a shout out to Gabby at the front desk. She always has a great attitude, is so nice, and probably the best person I have ever seen in the medical field with that job. Also shout out to the wonderful therapist aids Samantha, Johnathan, and Riselda for their attitudes, knowledge, and patience helping me with the exercises. read more

She is very thorough & patient, and works with you to achieve your desired results & goal. She is very hands on and very encouraging and gets results. She has brought me out of pain and has guided me in becoming pain free. "Magic fingers Ada". I highly recommend Ada & her wonderful staff for all your physical therapy needs!! read more

I went for my first appointment and I can only buy praise the efforts made to make me feel welcome, safe and to work on my specific needs. Bog was my physio and he clearly knows his craft incredibly well. Nothing is left to random decision, and I feel confident that over the course of the next 3 weeks and 6 treatments I am in good hands. read more

I don't know why I didn't leave a review before. Hiten is the best therapist in the Bay Area. Although most people care for money only, he cares for his patients. I started going there and then my whole family and friends group go there. He will suggest you if you need to see any other types of therapy or dr. Please go to his clinic, if you really care for yourself. read more

I came in about a month ago, they saw me for 20 minutes and did not give me any help that was different than my primary care doctor who already gave me stretches to do. They gave me an ultrasound that was not beneficial at all. I did not receive any massage or manipulation. Waste of time and money (they charged me $75) read more

This is my second trip through BoT. I've been to both offices in WC. I received excellent treatment in both places. I've seen mainly Melissa at Shadelands, and she has been thorough and explains the exercises. And the rest of the staff is always pleasant. I went to the San Miguel office today. It was very lively and team was upbeat. This is really helpful since PT can be a drag. Leslie was great and showed me some new exercises. Chris was also great and had me do some excercises with weights. I've scheduled my next few appts. at San Miguel as I really enjoyed the people and the atmosphere (and it's closer to my house than Shadelands!). read more

Love the new location! Kelly Kerr is amazing! Attentive, informative, thorough and patient. I never feel rushed and am treated as if I'm the only one in the office. Office staff including Alika, Jacob and all the front office staff are great-helpful, fun and truly want to be there!! Highly recommend! read more

I was recommended to Back on Track by my orthopedic surgeon, and I had a wonderful experience with their entire team over the course of three months. I visited both Walnut Creek locations and worked with 4 different therapists in total, and they were all excellent - well-trained, personable and professional. My sessions either started right on time or within a couple of minutes of when they were scheduled. The exercises they had me do helped me make a full recovery. Highly recommend Back on Track! read more

The staff cares and has great customer service. The atmosphere is very positive- just what you need when you are in pain and working to help yourself. Access to care was quicker than other local PT facilities, so that is how I found them. I would recommend the Walnut Creek Back On Track PT to anyone who is serious about recovery and who wants a professional team on your side. read more

Back on Track Physical Therapy is the best!! I went to another Physical Therapist in Walnut Creek and they made my injury worse. From my first visit at Back on Track, I knew this was the place for me. I have been seen by Bog and DeAnna at their San Miguel location, they are both great! Every staff member here is awesome, zero complaints!! The front desk, the PT assistants, everyone is kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Within a few weeks, I was already seeing improvement. If you need physical therapy in Walnut Creek, look no further, this is the place for you. You will not be sorry! Thank you to all the staff, you all are awesome!! read more

This location of Back on Track is marvelous. The office staff is very helpful and wecloming. Easy to know them all by name. My favorite PT is Kelly. She has helped me through a couple of issues and is very knowledgable. She will try new pokes and prods if nothing is working. She makes you want to do your exercises! I have been to the other location in Walnut Creek and they were very efficient. It just seems like this is a smaller, happy family on this side of the city. read more

I injured my lower back and could barely walk for almost 2 weeks. I decided to seek treatment from a physical therapist and found Back On Track through Yelp. The front desk, the therapists, the assistants, and everyone working here is super welcoming and helpful. Pawan was my PT throughout the whole treatment and she was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help me get better. She gave me great stretches and exercises to get my strength back again, and I could start feeling improvements very quickly. I definitely know where to go if I ever need physical therapy in the future! read more

Back on Track rocks! It is run so efficiently. The communication, respect, professionalism, and comraderie among coworkers keeps me smiling at every appointment. While there, I have always been made to feel welcome and comfortable. The can do attitude of the staff definitely helps me to meet my therapy challenges and goals. Everyone is kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. It is evident that everyone at Back on Track works as a team to meet the needs of the patients. They do so with knowledge, education, diligence, and compassion. Kelly K. has been working with me since October and I attribute the amazing progress I have made to her and the rest of the awesome staff at Back on Track. When I am there I definitely feel like part of this happy family. THANK YOU! read more

this place is filled with amazing, kind, and hard working people. I've only had 10/10 experiences there that have driven me to overcome the pain/weakness my injury caused. They're such a great environment to be in and have handled COVID safety precautions so well, 1000/10 would recommend!:) read more

This office is 5 star for sure. Everything from the cleanliness, professional, polite office staff. Reminder calls on point always. PT never runs late, always on time! Parking lot is small in the back but I've never had a time when I could not park close. I love Kelly. She is always upbeat, she listens, she is compassionate, and very knowledgeable. With her assistance, my lower back strain/pain that I've had for a year is getting better. I can't say enough about everyone at BOT! read more

This place is like hanging with family! They take such great care of you. Alika and Bog are the best.

I haven't used them, but I made an appointment with them last Thursday via the phone. I was referred to them by my primary doctor. She took down my information, medical 411 and we made an appointment for Tuesday. Due to an emergency, I had to cancel it on Monday morning. I think I talked to Alexa. Anyway, she looked me up and I wasn't even in their system. I wonder what would have happened if I showed up on Tuesday and there's no appointment? Anyway, that being said, be sure to call a day in advance to confirm your appointment. It was probably just a clerical error. read more

I am a patient at back on track and I have been getting physical therapy for years at different places and I have to say this is by far on of the best I've ever been to. They are very friendly, professional & knowledgeable. They offer a yoga class to their patients free to try, and I've done yoga before, but I LOVE the class they offered in addition to my therapy I receive. I found it so therapeutic and the yoga instructor was so knowledgeable, nice I haven't missed a class since! I highly recommend to anyone whether you neeed therapy or not to at least come try the yoga class, healing to the mind, body, and soul! Thank you to my Dr for referring me to this facility and thank you to everyone at back on track for alll you've done for me! read more

I arrived this morning for my appointment about 5 minutes late, after I called and said I would be a few minutes late due to traffic, and when I arrived I was told by receptionist Jonathan that the physical therapist Kelly Wild is "uncomfortable" seeing me as a patient and that I cannot go there anymore. She is entitled to her opinion although I have no idea what I did to make her or anyone feel uncomfortable. I am a professional and decent person, and I believe there should be an explanation for this, as Jonathan would not disclose anything further than the fact that the therapist is "uncomfortable" seeing me as a patient. If following someone on Instagram is deemed "uncomfortable" than that is really ridiculous. I already unfollowed on Instagram. I can't believe today how sensitive people are, that to follow someone on social media which everyone does in today's age - that they feel "uncomfortable" seeing the patient. I never did or said anything inappropriate, and I unfollowed on Instagram. I believe Back on Track is very unprofessional the way I have been treated, as I had an appointment and even called just a few minutes prior, where the receptionist should have said something at that point instead of waiting for me to arrive, wasting a 1/4 tank of gas as the trip to the office is far for me. Also, I was offered no explanation as to what I did or said that makes the staff uncomfortable. I am really shocked and sad that to add someone on social media constitutes as "uncomfortable" and that I get kicked out of the office and told that I cannot come back to see physical therapy. I have been professional and courteous in my 3 appointments with the physical therapist, and don\'t understand why this happened to me. It is not fair that I have to be punished for actions that I have not done. Today's action has discouraged me from ever seeking physical therapy again. It really is very upsetting. read more
