They work as a team. All of them are good and all of them support their patients and each other.

I have been to several other PT clinics. SOL is the best. It feels caring and personal with excellent PT coaches.

Jenny Li, again, first in Piedmont/Oakland and now at WC, and thus far, I've really appreciated the specialized attention I've received.

Actually my Dr. from Stanford Medical referral me as part as my treatment to Rise. For me it's been a godsend. If you've ever dealt with dizziness then you know it can be very stressful. I've been educated how to deal with episodes, when I feel I need extra help I know I can see someone to get relief. Kim is amazing and very thorough she knows her stuff for sure. Carly has also helped me immensely. They take their time with you, you don't feel rushed! I highly recommend Rise PT you will leave with hope and a sense of well being.

The entire team is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and committed to helping patients heal and thrive. His therapist took the time to thoroughly understand his concerns, explain the treatment plan in a way he could easily understand. The exercises were effective, the guidance was clear, and he noticed real improvement sooner than he expected. He is so grateful for the care he received and would highly recommend this physical therapy team to anyone looking for exceptional treatment. They helped him regain strength, confidence, and mobility -- and he couldn't be happier with the results!

I had recently undergone back surgery and mentioned that my leg had been hurting. Even though I was there for my hip, Dr. Feng immediately took the concern seriously. He stopped what he was doing, performed a thorough examination of both of my legs, and told me he was concerned I might have blood clots. He sent me directly to the hospital for testing, where it was confirmed that I had blood clots in both legs. I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Feng's attentiveness, compassion, and professionalism. His willingness to listen carefully and go beyond the immediate reason for my visit made all the difference. I truly believe his actions may have saved my life, and I will always be thankful to have had him as my doctor.

Dr Ochoa is no longer there…read more I did not get the email that the phone operator stated that they sent. No, nothing was sent to me. So, the poor operator was lied to by their upper management. I feel so sorry for her to have to deliver such news, with no notice to the patient. Their website states he is still there. So I waited all weekend instead of going to the ER/ED. I then was told he was gone. But get this, their website AND phone message states they have Urgent Walk-in Clinic. So, another reason I waited, to go on Monday. But NOPE, THEY CLOSED THIS TOO. BUT STILL ON THEIR WEBSITE. Maybe while you're cancelling doctors, you also get your web team to make the correct changes on your website so people don't delay treatment thinking they are going to see their doctor, or be able to go to Urgent Care. And if this is how they manage their office, imagine how they handle their surguries or injections!! My guess is if their CEO, Steven Hammarstrom, cannot run the practice correctly, you don't want who they hired to touch your body. Stay away. Now I am needing injections, and I have no where to go, no doctor to oversee me. This is a blatant lack of care, and if the CEO is a Doctor, he should be ashamed of himself; Steve Hammarstrom I am talking directly to you!
