Went jet-skiing through Back Bay Adventures yesterday (7/5/23) with my son. This was our third time jet-skiing and by far THE BEST! The reservation process was very easy and smooth, as was the checking in on site. The price was very competitive and, with be coupons (found in the site) , was one of the cheapest in the Ocean City area. Everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. Our reservation was for 2:30 PM, we were on the water by that time! The skiing zone is right in front of Back Bay Adventures, there was no delay getting to throttle the jets and ride in that vast area. The instructor was very helpful. We skied for a full one hour and we had a blast! The jet-skis were brand new and powerful. Will DEFINITELY return. Thanks Back Bay Adventures! read more

It was very wavy but got my jet ski easily to 45 mph. Almost new Kawasaki jet skis. mine had 360 hours on it. Cody, the guide wore a Covid mask as we boarded. Well me and my son got a private jet ski experience yesterday and IT WAS AWESOME. A 1:15 appointment and we were out there zipping around and didn't have to wait for people to ask stoopid questions or anything like that when the general mask wearing public gets involved. Best place to jetski in OC! First off, EVERYONE was covid-aware, wearing masks and offered one-time-use pens for registration and it made us very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and Tucker, who gave us instruction/ direction, was amazing. Friendly, helpful, and did a great job getting us familiar with the equipment. As I sit here and plan yet another bachelorette party in OC I was reminded that I didn't write this review. We really enjoyed the experience on the boat. I would have given a 4-5 start but what happened at the end of our sailing FLOORED me. I was CHASED DOWN by the "Captain" and asked if I left a tip on the card because what I had given in the envelope wasn't nearly how much they "usually" get. 1) tips should be appreciated not expected 2) we asked nothing of the first mate or captain except to plug in our music and the first mate took THREE pictures of us. We didn't fish or anything. 3) we couldn't use the coolers because they were full of bate for the trip going out after us and we were told we'd be able to. 4) the first mate was hooking and prepping fishing poles for the next trip the entire time. So honestly there was no tip even necessary because we didn't get nor expect any special treatment but we did it out of kindness. 5) we paid over $800 to sail around for a couple hours and didn't ask for anything special. We cleaned and set up everything we didn't even expect that! The asking for a tip was BEYOND rude and completely lost me as a customer. read more

It was the best experience I ever had. These jet skis go FAST if you want them to, and the designated space is really big for everyone to have safe fun. Extremely disappointed with customer service for their discrimination behavior toward us. The boss wasn't available when we are having a problem at the front desk. They refused to begin the process of renting and waiting on the boss's response. It takes 30 minutes and will have another half hour to wait. I'd recommend you to visit Odyssea Watersports. The OC Screamer is a must for anyone visiting!! You will get absolutely drenched, so wear a bathing suit and bring backup clothes! Definitely don't try to bring your phone. Lasted about 35 mins, and you get to see the entire beautiful bay. We made sure the weather would be good before going, and it was an amazing view. Doug drove us around and was very chill, kept us feeling safe and relaxed. He recommended us some great dinner choices as well and gave us a very fun ride. Absolutely worth the money! read more
