    My son enjoying the ride

Finn and Cpt Drew were great... we got to catch some fish and had a great time... Cpt Drew made sure we had a chance to catch a fish... Finn interacted with the kids with encouragement... an inexpensive experience on vacation...

I'm a solo traveler and would like to thank my guide for an awesome job he did showing me the ropes. It was my first time I loved it l, definitely will be adding Jet ski to my solo traveling excursions. I had a great time and it was such a relaxing/calming experience.

Great place for jet ski rentals. Open area to roam around. Guide on the water watching closely for anyone in trouble. Free to go as fast as you like. It was very wavy but got my jet ski easily to 45 mph. Almost new Kawasaki jet skis. mine had 360 hours on it. Cody, the guide wore a Covid mask as we boarded. Rate was 100/hour. about half of the other rental places around. Easy reservation and payment online the night before.

We had an amazing time renting a pontoon boat for our group of 7 here! We decided to take a boat…read moreout to explore OC for the first time on Saturday and we're so glad we went with Bayside Boat Rentals! Check in was super easy and they gave our driver a 10 minute tutorial on how to operate the boat. Even though our driver has a boating license, they will issue you a temporary license and give you all you need to know to be safe out on the water! I was especially impressed because due to an incident with another group, we started our rental 15 minutes late, and they let us keep the boat for 15 min past our reservation to make up for time lost! For a 6 hour rental (1:30-7:30 PM), the cost was about $507. So split between 7 people, it only cost about $72. So worth it for 6 hours of free exploration time! They told us about a popular sand bar on the map that we checked out first and it was boat city! So many people out enjoying the redneck yacht club--so fun! After, we docked at Fish Tales for lunch. Then we had about 2 hours left, so we went swimming bayside (before getting stung by jellyfish...) and then rounded out the day docking at Seacrets. The pontoons comfortably fit 7 people, and would easily fit 1-3 more! We also had a giant Yeti cooler that fit with plenty of room to spare on the floor. They also come with pretty loud built-in speakers that connect to the radio and Bluetooth so you can DJ from a phone! You can also drop the back ladder for easy access if you decide to go swimming. Overall, the pontoon rental was a highlight of our weekend and we would love to do it again next time! Thanks Bayside Boat Rentals for an awesome first experience.

They also described where to park when we got there. The guys were super friendly and got us all set up very quickly. I rented a stand up paddle board, and my husband rented a kayak. We were able to leave our things with them while we went out on the water. The water itself was really peaceful and relaxing. My standup paddle board rental only cost $20 for the hour, which I thought was totally reasonable. FYI, if you need to change, you can use the bathroom in the Princess Bayside. It wasn't the nicest of bathrooms, but at least it was something.

I could tell my hip stabilizers & quads had been utilized (from all the balancing) later in the day haha. Reasonable pricing for an hour. For 2 ppl came to like $43. Be prepared to go for an hour cuz they don't have shorter time increments. Or just buy an hr and come back to shore when you're over it. Honestly; you'll need the hour just to acclimate to maneuvering the board. The place also offers glow in the dark paddle boarding! Looks cool but I'd be weary of any sea creatures in the bay at night. I've been watching way too much shark week/fest on Nat Geo lately lol. Only downfall in my opinion is that not all the instructors are made equal. Saw an older man & younger guy teach a couple groups before us and both were very thorough with their paddle board tutorials. This girl that I thought was just another paid customer approached us out of nowhere like "you ready?!"... oh ok no intro. She was quick with her instructions and def got us into the water fast. Seemed like she was ready to clock TF out for the day before she even started. I had fun for my 1st paddle board experience. I didn't fall. Success!I just would've been even better without this girl instructor's negative vibe. Issa whole mood that I wasn't feelin' at all. But she

This delay meant we were still out on the water around 8pm and asked to return early since boats aren't allowed out after dark. The staff was friendly and did their best to make it right, but overall, the experience felt disorganized--they didn't seem to know how long we had rented the boat for. I appreciated that they tried to compensate, but better communication and organization would have helped. This may have been due to the holiday, but it's something to keep in mind.

Paradise Watersports should be ashamed…read more Our visit was one of the worst experiences we've ever had. This place is not just poorly managed -- it's openly racist and aggressive. Tobias, in particular, treated our family with blatant discrimination and disrespect. What's worse -- Tobias came up to me without permission, put his hands on me, and snatched the key from my chest. Completely unprofessional, invasive, and unacceptable behavior. No one has the right to put their hands on a customer without consent. When we brought this serious issue to the manager, Derek, he refused to listen. He didn't ask for details, didn't show any concern -- instead, he dismissed us immediately and made it clear he wasn't interested in holding anyone accountable. Meanwhile, other families were treated with full leniency and respect -- we were the only ones singled out and harassed. Sarah, Derek, Tobias, and Alec showed a complete lack of professionalism and basic human decency. This wasn't just bad service -- it was racism and physical disrespect. Disgusting behavior. Do not waste your time, money, or dignity at Paradise Watersports. No customer should be subjected to this kind of treatment. Companies like this do not deserve to stay in business.
