I remember pre-covid I used to go here to hunt for a steal on clothes and usually left with some goodies. On my recent visits I've left often without anything in tow, as I think there are often better deals online. I will say, however, that on our most recent visit my husband was in need of a new suit for work and knowing how expensive suits can be, and that he only needs to wear one a few times a year, it was great to find a good price on one here for him. Additionally they were able to alter it in house, which made for one less stop. Overall I'll continue to shop here, but I doubt I'll ever be as frequent of a shopper as I was pre 2020.

Went to get husband a suit. Husband needed a "classic" fit. They had none in his size. Said the…read morepants would fit in a different fit. Bought the pants and ordered an extra long jacket. Husband tried on pants at home and NO BUENO. Called the store instantly to cancel the jacket. Went back to the store THE NEXT DAY to return pants and make sure the jacket got cancelled. Returned pants and was assured that jacket was cancelled and that a refund would be forthcoming. This was May 26-27. Today is June 4 and only a very small partial refund has been issued. Salesperson refused to give me a receipt for the return said it was all good and would take 3-5 days to get refund. I had to file a dispute with Am Ex card people so they will not pay them but would have been nice if Men's Wearhouse would have honored what they said they were going to do. This is not the same store it was many years ago. I went to Macy's and was able to order the same suit they had in their store, in the classic fit, and received the special order jacket in two days. MW said they could not order it. Saved me a lot of money and Am Ex will not make me pay for the disputed amount so they are only shooting themselves in the foot and we will never go there again. On the positive side they were helpful when we first got there and salesguy was good. There is no reason to shop there.

Specifically shopping for bras and every single bra was held to the plastic hanger with the plastic tag pin.. so upon needing to try them on.. there were 6, she had to cut one off. I appreciated the sales clerk's patience and time in doing it even with my "I can't believe this necessary face". I understand. It's just unfortunate for the need. I had to return some jeans that I'd ordered online and were too big. The last thing I wanted to do on a lazy Sunday was drive way out to the mall and do this, but despite my curmudgeon attitude, this was easy peasy. The store is loaded with goodies and sales and the staff was very helpful along the way. I efficiently tried on the new size, scurried back to the register and even got signed up for a rewards card that saved me an extra ten percent. Not too shabby, ended up getting a deeper discount than if scored online. Look as a busy parent, I'm not going to drive all the way out here often but it's good to know that it's available and helpful if I have any issues with my online orders.
