Well, we'd both be underestimating this store. Before Christmas I needed a red dinner jacket to play an updated Santa. I found nothing at any other retailer here or in Chicago. Until I tried Men's Wearhouse. The really helpful staff showed me just what I needed. While they didn't have my size in stock, they did have my size in a different color so I could avoid ordering the wrong fit. Then when ringing it up, we discovered that it was going on sale the next day. They gave me the lower price and had it delivered to my home in 4 days.

I was called down to try on the suit, they had me try on someone else's tux and then told that they didn't have my info and had to re-measure me. I was late returning the suit as they were closed by the time I tried to return the next day; I will own that one. When I asked to wave late fee, due to the difficulty of needing to come down three separate times for measurement, they would not. Not once was accountability for the lack of organization taken, but rather displacement of fault; I will never go back there nor would I recommend this particular location to anyone. I would never had written this review if the manager would have been accountable for what happened and apologized. Wow, I just can't even.

Also, I've purchased things w/torn seams and they will give you 10% off and you can still return it if you decide not to fix it.

She listened, gave expert advice, offered a variety of creative options, and put my anxious husband at ease. We went for one suit, but ended up leaving with two suits, three shirts, four ties and three pocket squares. They also gave us two garment bags, which I thought was a great bonus. Helping Amelia was Tia, and she was gracious enough to pre-tie the bow tie my husband got so he wouldn't have to stress over that later. So far, K&G is the only place I've found in Wisconsin that consistently checks all these boxes. Yes, you have to dig to find the suits you're looking for. Yes, the marked prices are often much higher than what you'll actually pay, and the sales are confusing. Yes the selection is often very picked over. Yes the bathrooms and changing rooms are sometimes dirty. Yes the staff is sometimes rude or unhelpful (I've also found them to be excellent and helpful, depending on the visit.) Show me somewhere else that has a wide variety of suits under $200, including some conservative, some fashion forward, some "urban". It's a chain, they have stores in most or all states. Sign up for their texts and you'll get better deals. They also have shirts, ties, shoes, hats, sweaters, blazers, coats, accessories. They also have women's suits. My ex used to get her business suits here. If you're looking for something specific, try to catch them when they get a new shipment in.

I frequent here often…read more I love the fact that they have an onsight tailor, if your clothes need to be altered. I usually go here when i need to get some casual or dress clothes. Guess what? I purchased my first adult suit from this location and i still have it! The staff can be a little unattentive at times but if you know what you want and are familiar with the store you shouldnt have any problems!
