I was worried because I was so early still, but they got the gender right!) - this session was with Vanessa Second time was at 31 weeks for the "baby bumps gold" package (30 min session - 3D/4D imaging with 10 printed images, link with all images taken at session & recording of session on flash drive) - this session was with Anne I was able to bring whoever I wanted for both sessions which was an incredible experience, I took multiple family members and friends to each session. Both Vanessa and Anne were extremely kind, professional, sweet and comforting. They make you feel like you're talking to a friend! They narrate as they're doing the imaging and they will politely and softly engage in your experience with baby & family. The setting of the place is amazing. It's like a spa setting with low lighting, lovely music playing in the background, big sectional couch & pillows for partner, family/friends, comfy table for mama to lay on with pillows and a tv to view the ultrasound with all of your people :) you can also take pics/videos on your own personal camera. Pricing is most definitely fair! I'm really just so impressed with this place - if we have another baby I will most definitely be going back! One thing I did want to mention is that for the "baby bumps gold" session, I received the flash drive and it ended up being a faulty drive. I was able to view the video on my fiancés laptop once and then when we went to go view it again, neither one of our laptops recognized the flash drive at all. I was so sad :( After trying and trying I gave baby bumps a call and spoke with Anne. She offered me a refund for the flash drive portion of the session OR a 30 minute re-recording of baby put on another flash drive. I was super bummed that I didn't get that recording so I chose to go back in. They got me in within a week at ZERO charge. Vanessa scanned me for this session & I received another flash drive and a link with the photos she got from this session as well! I am so pleased. Customer service is amazing and very quick. Baby bumps has been SO accommodating, professional and kind to us. HIGHLY recommend!!

I have been going there for years for mammograms and ultrasounds and dexascans. They are always…read morepleasant, efficient and knowledgeable and have the latest equipment. This summer was exceptional. They spotted a very difficult to find small tumor with their brand new 3D mammogram machine. My oncologist was shocked and impressed that they discovered it. She says this type of tumor is exceptionally well hidden and rarely seen until much larger. My prognosis is excellent and I am most grateful. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

I have never been treated so poorly. After trying to get in touch with her for 2 weeks because her NP never called to give me ultrasound results, I needed blood work ordered and I had concerns that my nuchal translucency was not scheduled appropriately, I was told she was "out of the office" does no one cover your patients when you're out? What if there's an emergency? Then she proceeded to tell me nuchal translucency scan and blood work is not completed until 16-18 weeks. NUCHAL TRANSLUCENCY MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO 14 WEEKS. Do not let her or the staff tell you any different. Anytime I called very understandably upset with the care they would tell me "You're pregnant and shouldn't be getting yourself worked up like this" and HANG UP. I decided then I'd be transferring to another practice. To which they gave me trouble every step of the way. They called to tell me they attempted to fax my records another OB 3 times and I would need to come get a physical copy and do it myself. When I asked them to fax the records to myself they told me no as I'd need to PAY for my own medical records. By this point my care has been delayed nearly 3 weeks. I call to tell them I'll be coming to pick up a physical copy of my records and I'd need my lab slip so I could get the appropriate blood work done to which they told me it's UNETHICAL for them to order labs for a patient who's planning to leave the practice since they "can't monitor it" and then told me they CANCELED any and all appointments even though I had not yet gotten established with a new OB. It's unethical to order bloodwork, but it's NOT unethical to deny a pregnant woman prenatal care? If I could give this practice 0 stars I would. They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. If you are seeking rental care go literally ANYWHERE ELSE.

I am in my second pregnancy seeing Jen Iovinelli. Jen speaks to you like a human and will answer any and all questions that you have. The receptionists, Jen and Carrie, are always kind and efficient. You never feel like you are bothering them when you ask questions in person or call with questions. The assistants that bring you back for your appointments (usually Lisa) are friendly and genuinely care when they ask you how everything is going. If you are terrified of doctors like I am, going to a practice that isn't sterile hospital like was very important for me. (They have purple paint!)
