It's incredibly disrespectful of patients' time. The entire process feels driven by volume and billing rather than genuine care. Communication is poor, follow-ups are inconsistent, and there's little sense of urgency when it comes to patient needs. Instead of feeling supported, you're left feeling like just another number in a system focused on maximizing profit. A medical office should be a place where patients feel valued and cared for, but that is not the experience here.
