Every post, doorway, sump pump, hot water heater, pressure tank had major leaks and there was no attempt at all of securing the areas from leaks into the basement and no mechanical fastening to the stone foundation. They simply applied spray foam to the dirt and stuck the plastic to it. The only thing the "system" was doing was sucking radon gas out of the basement and not below the membrane. If I hadn't withheld the balance I owed I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have come back and brought the work closer to NRPP standards.
