The link sent to my phone finally worked. My responsibility is $30. I paid both co pays at the time of visit. The receptionist did not tell me about the credit card authorization form. It was disguised as hippa and patient consent to treat. They have been taking weekly automatic payments out of my account. I have paid for over $180 extra for my $60 patient responsibility. Their billing call center is in India and is absolutely no help. "They said there refund team will review and decide if I get a refund". That was today 5/7/26. The last call on April 24th I have on recording that I am apparently current and I will not be charged anymore. Guess what. They scheduled another automatic payment for $60 on 5/10/26. Steer clear. They are a dumpster fire. Or don't use a debit card, use a credit card so you can dispute it.

If you have any other associated disorders or misdiagnosis as they will immediately deny your assessment. If you struggle with filling things out online, it's going to be incredibly hard because they're intake process is incredibly confusing and there is no help with filling out the paperwork even if they tell you there is. ( this happened to me I was told I could have helped filling out paperwork on an iPad if I came in and I did this just be handed one single sheet of paper and completely ignored after) I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy at this point. If you care about your mental health, I definitely don't recommend it for you. they will put you through heck and then make you feel completely alone just like they did for me and it looks like a lot of other people on here.
