I just had my exam and had the PA Haley Decker. She was kind and professional. If I see her all the time, that is fine by me.

Office staff is insensitive and condescending, and they care more about getting your money than your wellbeing.

I've been going to this office for years. The doctors that helped me deliver my babies were…read morewonderful and helpful, so no complaints there. HOWEVER- lately, they have decided to change their policy regarding signing up for your annual appointment. My last annual was in November. I was asked to call them August 1st to schedule my next annual appointment. That seemed unusual to me (to say the least) but okay, fine. So I called them August first. "Well he's not here the day that would be one year from your last visit, so you'll have to call back in two weeks." I was like "excuse me?? You had me wait 9+ months and have to remember to call you and now I have to call you, AGAIN?...ok. So I called them today, for the SECOND TIME. And guess what she said? THE SAME THING. So now I have to call back in the middle of September. I'm sorry but this is absolutely ridiculous. Why can't we just make an annual appointment AT THE TIME WE HAD OUR LAST APPOINTMENT like normal doctors? Like it used to be? I'm very much normally NOT one of those "like the good old days" kind of people but this is an EPIC waste of my time. Even *if* (and that's a STRONG if) I'm able to make the appointment when I call on September 15th, that'll be 1.5 months of calling trying to make this appointment. I'm honestly just going to look elsewhere. I'm not planning on having any more babies, so I don't need the obstetrics side of it. STEER CLEAR.

Since I've been going to her for the last 4/5 years or so I have seen a decline in this office's help & care. I was out of state and had an issue that I needed a script for to be seen by a different care facility and they couldn't have handled it any worse, with slow responses & completely wrong fax information. I've since moved and decided to switch doctors thankfully, and all I need now is for them to fax over my records. Well- that's been as painful of a process as any with them lately as they literally won't answer the phone. During completely open office hours. I am very eager to switch doctors and put this office behind me.

The only stars highlighted would be for Dr.'s Kasali and Clark; kasali who was friendly, warm,…read morewelcoming, interested and informative and Dr. Clark for being professional and informative to quoting statistical research to answer your questions which was great. The practice typically has you meet all four doctors who deliver- Dr. Clark, Kasali, Syeda and Clements. After meeting all four, my experiences were as follows: Dr. Kasali as mentioned was Amazing. I needed her positive and uplifting energy as a first time mother. I met Dr. Syeda next at the appt where my Baby's sex was to be revealed...Dr. Syeda callously and harshly informed me that my baby had an echocardiographic focus and that it's typically found in baby's with Down's syndrome. Her delivery of this news was completely unapologetic and lacked any kind of regard for my exciting day and compassion whatsoever, over a situation that after being cleared up with a level 2 scan at St. Peter's, was "nothing to Be concerned about" given my health age and background which was all information dr Syeda had to begin with. I spent two weeks panicked that my baby had Down's syndrome because of her contrite delivery of the news for nothing. dr Clements was an average doctor, made little eye contact and lacked an interest in me as a patient completely and dr Clark as mentioned was very professional and informative. The office manager has no care for your input so don't bother trying to give her any...all in all a very cold clinical arguably below average place to experience pregnancy for the first time, but gets the job done.

If you care about your prenatal care, do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE. Dr. Mcginnis and her…read morestaff in particular Julia corentto NP are very clearly incompetent and I'd be surprised if she worked even a single day in labor/delivery. I have never been treated so poorly. After trying to get in touch with her for 2 weeks because her NP never called to give me ultrasound results, I needed blood work ordered and I had concerns that my nuchal translucency was not scheduled appropriately, I was told she was "out of the office" does no one cover your patients when you're out? What if there's an emergency? Then she proceeded to tell me nuchal translucency scan and blood work is not completed until 16-18 weeks. NUCHAL TRANSLUCENCY MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO 14 WEEKS. Do not let her or the staff tell you any different. Anytime I called very understandably upset with the care they would tell me "You're pregnant and shouldn't be getting yourself worked up like this" and HANG UP. I decided then I'd be transferring to another practice. To which they gave me trouble every step of the way. They called to tell me they attempted to fax my records another OB 3 times and I would need to come get a physical copy and do it myself. When I asked them to fax the records to myself they told me no as I'd need to PAY for my own medical records. By this point my care has been delayed nearly 3 weeks. I call to tell them I'll be coming to pick up a physical copy of my records and I'd need my lab slip so I could get the appropriate blood work done to which they told me it's UNETHICAL for them to order labs for a patient who's planning to leave the practice since they "can't monitor it" and then told me they CANCELED any and all appointments even though I had not yet gotten established with a new OB. It's unethical to order bloodwork, but it's NOT unethical to deny a pregnant woman prenatal care? If I could give this practice 0 stars I would. They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. If you are seeking rental care go literally ANYWHERE ELSE.

I am in my second pregnancy seeing Jen Iovinelli. Jen speaks to you like a human and will answer any and all questions that you have. The receptionists, Jen and Carrie, are always kind and efficient. You never feel like you are bothering them when you ask questions in person or call with questions. The assistants that bring you back for your appointments (usually Lisa) are friendly and genuinely care when they ask you how everything is going. If you are terrified of doctors like I am, going to a practice that isn't sterile hospital like was very important for me. (They have purple paint!)
