Left to my own devices, I would have missed the mark on a few items - so the help was very valuable. Instead, he walked around giving me a bunch of good options. And, the girls loved their gifts. They have a great selection of toys and games, definitely for the younger crowd. I would think that 7 or 8 would be about the high end for age - I may be wrong about that. He kindly gave clothing suggestions and walked me through the features of bras, tops, and dresses all without one awkward moment. I LOVED that there was a whole section dedicated to pregnancy products (compression sleeves, socks, bath salts, belly creams, etc). My dressing room was neatly set up and he even placed a 3 month belly bump in there so I could gauge how certain tops would fit once I was further along. He also asked if I wanted to try on the compression sleeves I was purchasing since it can be an awkward feeling at first, but there was no need since I've worn compression socks before. I absolutely recommend purchasing the compression sleeves, it's so versatile because I can wear them with a long dress or skirt and even sandals, plus it's much easier to put on and take off compared to compression socks. If I ever need more maternity products, I know the place to go!

Also, for those who just want to have something "out of this world" but can't "spend a fortune" on it - Shaw has several sale events throughout the year, so you can definitely find something that fits even tight budget. I can only say: The Owner of the store goes to Italy and all the fashion shows himself, and chooses collections carefully, to reflect their customer base and latest fashion trends. Every pair you buy here is so unique and high quality, it will last for years! I still have Lorenzi's I bought here in 2003! They look awesome, and every time I wear them people ask me where I got them... Because none of the high-end stores like Neiman or Saks can compare with collection at Shaw. Upon the first wear the outsole of the first pair started to crumble off leaving crumbles on the ground as I walked. Upon the second wear the entire outsole was gone. That was 3 weeks after purchase that the shoe required to be re-soled. The second identical pair was perfectly fine. I took it to the store to ask to repair the bottom, not return, as I loved the shoes. The sales person immediately dismissed my point saying it is 'normal wear' and 'I must have stepped into something' citing her 20 year experience. Such high value shoes are expected to offer premium quality and durability and should not require expensive repairs within 3 weeks. Also, quality customer service was not there.
