It's my one-stop shop for clothes, baby apparel, books, toys, and more. I never hit the department stores without checking here first. If they have what I'm looking for, I'll always buy from them. The staff are another huge plus--they're super helpful and will even go the extra mile by looking up product details online if they can't answer a question on the spot. They've also been great about helping load big items into my car and even taking things apart to test them (like making sure batteries work). I always leave a happy customer! I haven't started selling yet, but I'm already looking forward to bringing in my gently used items for them to resell. My only small gripe is that they only carry sizes from newborn up to around size 14, which typically fits kids up to about 13 or 14 years old. That means I'll eventually have to head back to department stores when my grandson outgrows them--but until then, this place has me covered.

Final sale was not listed anywhere on the receipt or the website that I saw and they said it was and now the sales over and they can't prove anything to me showing me it was. Such a bait and switch. They were rude and disrespectful in their treatment of their customers. I don't live by one of their physical stores, so I can't try anything on without buying it. They don't allow you to return which is hard when you don't know your size or what you'll like on you when you're pregnant. I will never buy from this terrible company again that shows no respect to its clients.

The store is clean and in decent condition. Service is hard to come by, as they are not staffed super well, even on the weekends. Overall, standard Dillard's location. I was to the point in pregnancy where my regular clothes were no longer fitting but I was having a hard time ordering things online as sizing, styles, and quality can really vary quite a bit. Tiffany was so friendly and immediately made me feel perfectly at ease. She discussed what I was looking for and what my style preferences were. She then pulled out literally everything in the store that I might like so I could try things on and feel the fabrics and never complained about hanging something back up or putting something back in a package and was thrilled for me to try anything she had. She helped me pull together several looks that made me feel confident and beautiful in my new body. I was thrilled to have several go-to looks for upcoming parties and events that were comfortable, stylish, and elegant.
