The whole process was super simple. From online appt scheduling that allowed me to plan a day when my husband could make it (he works late), to flexible hours it was seamless. Their website is exceptional with frequently asked questions and guidelines for when it would be most effective based on gestational age and purpose of visit. When I arrived I was greeted by a lovely woman who verified all my information and swiftly led me into the ultrasound room. It was adorable. Decorated with Victorian chairs and couches and a twin (?) size bed for me to have the ultrasound performed. Everything was very clean and just super cute. I can't think of a better way to describe it. At 28 weeks I did a 3D scan to see my little guys face. Same awesome service and warm welcome. The pictures are incredible it looked exactly like my younger brother, so much so it was eery. This time we brought the grandparents so the couches and extra chairs were perfect. It's a large room and the display is on a large screen tv so he was easily seen. This was very cool for the grandparents as they haven't seen the latest ultrasounds in real life and got to see my sea monkey rolling around in real time. There may Have been tears shed. I ended up buying the disc with the video, all images and heartbeat. I haven't looked at it since but maybe one day it'll be nice memorabilia? Tip: if street parking not available park in the back- there is tons of space

I have a…read more2 year old that has been seen at this practice since birth, and wanted to bring my oldest aboard, however I've been reaching out since December/ January to get her an appointment went thru the whole process of calling the insurance company to have her assigned, to printing out new patient paper work and faxing it over MULTIPLE times. I have received nothing but false information numerous times and just was being patient with the process however i am here now and still no appointment and INFORMATION somehow got lost which i know for a fact the information was received because a staff member reached out to me to see if i had got my child assigned thru her ins company. very disappointed... now to be seen else where i have to now call her insurance company and have them assign her else where. Setting up the appointment was easy and I was surprised how fast I could get in. The building is easy to spot from Squirrel road and their suite is on the second floor - 201. The lobby area is very nice and modern with an airy and trendy type feel. I was greeted right away and brought back to be checked-in. The check-in process went quickly and I was brought back to a waiting/changing area. Lockers were provided to put your belongings in but the key to the locks were a master lock for all the lockers. Therefore, I gave my stuff to my husband to hold onto for safe keeping. There were about 4 changing rooms and lots of magazines to browse through while waiting for the tech. A TV would have been nice to include in the waiting area. A restroom was provided near the waiting room area. I waited about 10-15 mins before a tech came to get me and bring me back to the ultrasound room. She was friendly and communicated well about what she was going to do for the procedure. I felt comfortable. No check-out process and the tech told me that a report would be generated to my doctor within the next day. I would recommend if you need an ultrasound!

I had to have two tests and they scheduled them on the same day. The tech for my mammogram, Jennifer Cornell, was astounding. She made me feel comfortable, not so embarrassed, and her personality and professionalism gave me confidence that her mammogram would be perfect! They use heavy fabric gowns that cover and protect your modesty. I recognize that this increases cost, but well worth the expenditure. I will never use one of those thin paper see-through gowns again! I was also impressed with my ultra sound tech, who was patient and professional, and spent time educating me about the process.
