Place is dirty. change room reeked of BO. Receptionust said I ciukd get my radiology report on the Corwell app of My Chart. Not true. I called after two days to get the report and they told me I had to get it from my doctor. I told them I didn't want obtain that way, I wanted a copy of the report. They could only send it to me through their app. person on the phone was rude and unprofessional. read more

Each and every time I've been to this location, (Stephenson Hwy Madison Hgts) I have been treated with the utmost care and concern! They were very cognizant of my fear of the machine overall, and pretty much held my hand through each and every visit. I really appreciated that!! Nick used to be at that location, but he has transferred to a different location, so I was with Jordan this time. She was as helpful and kind and patient with me as she could be, and my experience was awesome! Really bad. I scheduled the appt a week prior. I arrived at my appt early and then had me sit for 45 min. Then they came out and gave a lame excuse to not do my MRI. They just wanted to leave early on a nice Sat. afternoon. This was the Clinton Twp. office. read more

I was treated really well here. I came after work, so their facility being open til 8 PM was perfect. I used a tablet to fill out my info, which was more fun than filling out 7 forms long-hand. Every person who assisted me was nice. I only paid my co-pay. They sent the information to my doctor right away. It was a very good experience. Optimal. I am referring my mother, now that she needs an open MRI. read more

The whole purpose of IV sedation for me was pain control and claustrophobia from a 2011 auto accident. I was put into the MRI machine, given medication by Noel and was re assured me he would give me the rest half way through the exam. I am not sure how long it was but the medication had worn off and the pain was getting unbearable!!!!! It was at the same time that I was sweating profusely, anxiety attack or other!!! I WAS NOT given a patient call button whatsoever!!!!! I was told later that it was "FORGOTTEN"!!!!! By two separate individuals no less!!! I was trying to get the attention of Noel or Derrick. I could see them walking in the glass room, sometimes with their cell phones in their hands. I popped off my pulse ox that was on my finger knowing that I would have flat lined on their screens, still no response!!! I then began to hit my hand on the outside of the MRI, still no response!!! As I was doing all of the above for 15 minutes as well as waving my free right arm, no one came. You can only imagine what this has done to a claustrophobic pain filled patient at this point in time!!! Derrick, finally after about 15-20 minutes, noticed me trying to get someone's attention. He put up a couple fingers so I again waited so the scan could be completed. He and Noel finally came out and I explained to them both what was going on. Mind you the remainder of the exam lasted only 5-10 more minutes. Some views had to be repeated for movement, I wonder why as I was trying to shift my back due to the horrible pain in my back. Noel gave me the IV meds within 5-8 minutes before the exam ended, something that I should received half way through the exam which did nothing because you cannot "catch" the pain once it reaches a certain point. Again, the only reason I had IV sedation was due to my auto accident and unfortunately I was failed by the staff tremendously!!!! I was literally put in that machine and forgotten. I have a heart problem, what happened if I had chest pains or a heart attack, I don't know what the profuse sweating was about. I would have been "found" at the end of the exam, DEAD. EXTREME disappointment, I will never return again nor refer. I have been in the medical field for 32 years and again we send out our patient for CT's and MRI's quite often, do you really think I would recommend your facilities after yesterday's experience!!!!! I better never receive a bill from your location since I have been having night terrors since. My auto accident had me trapped for 40 minutes in my vehicle which gave me claustrophobia in the first place and then yesterday being trapped in your MRI machine with two people completely ignoring me and being on their phone or distracted by other things instead of taking care of their patient, the job that they are paid to do. I am really seriously considering filing a case of this UNEXCUSEABLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! Regretfully, This is a letter that I sent Premier MRI on July 18, one day after my exam. To date, no one has acknowledged my letter. Today, 3 weeks from my MRI, I went to my doctor's office to get the results. They have no report even though they are the ones listed on the order. I called them to find out where they sent the report to. Spoke with "Susan" and she said it went out/FAXED to my doctor's office on 07/19/2018. Hmmmmm, wonder why they never received it then! I then received a call from "Susan" this afternoon telling me that radiologists did not "read" the films at all, they needed to take additional views. So I was indeed lied to this morning when Susan told me she FAXed a report that was never transcribed. Mind you, additional views were already performed. Really though, no reply after my letter that I addressed to the owner and no response. Now they want me to return again, NO flippin way. I am so glad it was not a test looking for cancer such as a mammogram because if it was positive, I would have never known. If it was not for my doctor's appt today, I would not known that they had never "read" the x-rays. Just a bunch of irresponsible people and liars there and only there for their damn pay check!!!!! I will contact my insurance company and demand that they DO NOT pay them as my experience their was a complete failure all around!!! Plez, Plez, Plez avoid Premier MRI in Madison Hts at all costs!!!!! Sorry about the length of post but I feel I had to get it out there for anybody else thinking about utilizing their services in the future, TY again!!!!! Fran p.s. I took my 83 year old father here for a MRI, and let me tell you I was blown away on how great they were! He was very stressed about the procedure but they took great care of him. He needed a open MRI machine since he is very claustrophobic. They also put him in a light sleep to make it even easier. He came out laughing and joking. He was very pleased with how he was treated. We went on a Friday. I drove up from TN to take him. I had to leave by Tuesday to come back home and he needed the results fast by Monday so his doctor could clear him for surgery. They went out of their way and rushed his written report to his doctor. It was there first thing Monday. Given the results lead us to bring him here to TN for treatment, I am still very happy I took him here for his MRI!!! Thank you!!! read more

Nick is phenomenal!! I totally recommend this place anyone! Nick goes beyond to help you out! I had bad anxiety he did everything possible to make me comfortable! Nick really should be recognized for all he does. I was so scared, but before I left, I totally felt like family! One of the cleanest places I've been in, if anyone needs MRI, please go there! I would drive 100 miles to go there, and the lady up front, was so sweet and kind! They make you feel like family! Thank you Nick for all you do! I could go on and on, Nick is awesome! This place will not work with you regards to payments. Instead of accepting reasonable monthly payments they prefer to file a lawsuit against you. I would avoid this place like the plague. read more
