Despite providing my phone number and email address during the form submission process, I have not received any response. What additional steps do I need to take to establish contact with the administrator responsible for this matter? My doctor has also reached out to inquire about the situation, but unfortunately, I am not only awaiting a response from the administration but also from my doctor, who is concerned about the sudden increase in my medication costs. Previously, I paid $12 per month for my medication, but after further investigation, I now pay between $400 and $500 per month for medication that Pharmacy Advantage has discontinued dispensing. Consequently, my doctor and I are left in the dark, anxiously awaiting communication from the administration at Henry Ford Hospital. After consulting with HAP, it was revealed that Pharmacy Advantage is the sole pharmacy contracted by Henry Ford Hospital. Given HAP's ownership by Henry Ford Hospital, there are substantial avenues for intervention.
