Can I give them zero stars? Watch out for this company. Somehow I ended up with a "monthly membership" after talking with them, I thought that the membership was cancelled but was still being charged. I just got off the phone after being on hold for 50 minutes, they said that they can cancel the membership but they have a no refund policy. they offered a credit for future services, no thank you! read more

I don't appreciate the "bait and switch" pricing tactic. Lifeline Screening advertises one price but then they hit you with an additional fee for the "Doctor reading the results". I don't mind paying the higher fee, just be upfront and honest and advertise the true price. read more

This is a "Bait and Switch" operation. I was mailed a brochure for their screening. It appeared to be a good deal as I am a member of the MOOSE Lodge and they had a special offer to members. When I called to make an appointment, they not only did not give me the promotion but tacked on additional $200.00 for additional screening services. I explained to the person on the other end that I wanted what was offered in the mail. They kept pushing me to sign up for more and I explained this to this woman that I wanted what was offered. After 5 minutes of her trying to "hard Sell" me, I told her forget it, I was finished, and I hung up. They tried to call me back several times and I just didn't answer. 'BUYER BEWARE"!!! read more

We were in an old room with water stained ceilings. The staff were bored and rude. We waited forever and it was evident that it was just a huge money making operation. I won't trust the results so it was a waste of time and money. read more

Wouldn't give me an invoice, date of service, anything. I left and went to a location that actually verified my information with me. Pretty sure it's legally required to provide documentation if demanding payment for medical services. Do better, get a receptionist that does their job.

The actual lab tech was great. I should've asked her name, she stood out among the other rather unfavorable personalities. Anyway, I won't go into specifics, I would caution patrons to phone first, making sure not to waste a trip. Also, I would ask that management offer training on hospitality or proper customer service. The office is operated in a very lackadaisical way. There is a lack of concern for the patrons, who are addressed and spoken to unprofessionally. The staff seemed insensitive and uncaring.

Maggie is very professional, quick, and has a great sense of humor. You'd have to have a great sense of humor you're looking at people in their panties most of the day! The office is clean, she is very good at what she does, and I have seen a 90+% reduction in my bikini line - I'm thrilled! I'm fair skinned with dark hair that I wanted her to zap. I'm not having as much luck on my navel area, but laser hair removal is not guarenteed. You're not buying a roof or a car here people - it's medical science you're dealing with and you roll the dice. Maggie is quick to explain what your odds are for success on each area before you get started. I even switched from my upper lip to my navel because she said my upper lip hairs are too light and I would be disappointed. Yes, it was tough to get in touch with her at first, but once you're in the swing of every 8 week appointments you schedule before you leave and she is great at finding times that work for you. She was also really good at reminding me after every visit to ice, use aloe, and avoid working out. I did all of those things and had ZERO burning, scarring, itching, rashes, bumps, etc. She also asks when I arrive how things are going since the last visit, which I think is very thorough and professional. She's not a doctor, but you're clearly a valued patient with her. I'll keep going back as long as I have some hair that needs to be zapped away. Plus, there is almost always some sort of promotion going on - the rates are super reasonable! And about the front end staff - who cares! Maggie has her own sign in sheet and she personally comes to get you from the waiting room. I'm glad they don't have extra staff for her - that means higher prices on treatments. I'm not ok with that. Make sure you ask for ice and a few moments before you begin and you'll be all set. Maggie is wonderful - thank you Maggie!
